One morning about a week ago I woke up and opened my computer. Some update has probably been installed, and all the tab groups that I have diligently organized and saved - disappeared!

The tabs disappeared and all the sites saved within them disappeared also.

Please your help

What's happened to the + sign to add a new tab? I've customized Firefox to have tabs below the address bar (as they should be) but have just noticed that, once the window is full of tabs, the + to add another tab has disappeared. Is this because of my customization or has Firefox removed this function?

I use the est edition of firefox 115.15.0 64bit and after the last update i can't change resolution to any youtube video. Why is that happening and how i can fix it?

Got a number of devices with Firefox installed, all of them Firefox Sync'ed. Most of them on rapid release version cycle and a couple of them on ESR.

When https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/website-translation it provided a clean way to browse entire pages automatically translated. Problem is that the translate option is not there.

I'm at work right now on ESR 115.15.0 / Windows 10 64-bit and no translate icon appears on the address bar when checking German or French or Japanese sites (for example). Comparing my own browser settings to another, non-ESR FF it seems that on ESR something is missing. There is only a reference "Firefox Translations" and a "Exceptions" button to it. Check the attached image.

Can't tell if this is a bug or a feature (ie ESR lacks Firefox translate).

Since this morning I cannot access Lastpass vault in Firefox. I still seem to be signed in and Lastpass is filling password forms. But when I go to the vault I just get a blank screen. It continued to work ok on chrome but I use FF for most of my everyday browsing. I believe that FF was just updated yesterday.

What information that I can supply would be useful to help resolve the problem? I have seen the problem on both my old (ancient) Windows 10 desktop and new Windows 11 desktop. I have seen it on my Windows 11 desktop on version 129.0.2 and 130.0. I saw it first on the Windows 11 desktop as I am spending my time setting it up. But recently saw it on the Windows 10 desktop on 129.0.2. When I hover on a tab it highlights the tab (background lightens); but NO description or preview appears.

It works on both PCs when I first start Firefox.

Hi. I reallllly don't want to be the person asking the same question that happens every day...but I've tried to do a bit of searching. I could've done a lot more. I had a surprise windows reformat event this morning. Everything is shiny and unmodded. I have never had it open new indow tabs and new windows simultaneously. If I close the window on the toolbar and it closes the tab. I'd blame myself...but the only thing I did was change the font size because I'm nearly blind. Is this a new thing!? I hate it ! I don't want NEW windows, I use firefox for tabs.

this is happening in safe firefox and unsafe firefox. it must be something in the settings but i don't know!! (i've had the worst day at work and having to reformat was unexpected and incredibly frustrating...i just want my computer the way i like it)

I am using Firefox v128.2 esr 64bit on big sur 11.7.10..

In firefox there is always this white line on top of the screen when fullscreening a yt video... (but also partial bars in other situations-randomly) (temp workaround : cmd+up arrow . But, whenever you pause or press something it reappears.

Can we please implement a more elegant solution?

I had to reset windows 11, all my files were kept ,including the history in firefox but the bookmarks of 10 years of work were deleted. I tried to restore it but there is no old version in my computer after the reset. iI am vey sad. please contact me in [email address] for help thank you

Recently my add-on was blocked for a reason unknown to me. In doing so, I can't even install my add-on from a file now I think I am facing a spam of negative reviews. I have attached screenshots for more information

I run the latest version of Firefox.

Lately it refuses to open on first attempt - be it from a start menu link or double-clicking the shortcut on my desktop or trying to open a html file directly.

It's annoying and i'd like to fix it.

I've done all the usual stuff like clearing the cache.

Hi, I've started my laptop after 3 days, opened Firefox web browser and all my tabs are closed / lost. If I try History -> "Recently closed tabs or windows" is greyed out. How can I recover all my tabs from this computer?

When I open up the Add-ons Manager it shows Window Titler is turned on. But Ctrl-Alt-T no longer works, there is no button showing for it, and it seems to be gone. A button for it does not appear in Customize Toolbar. It is the single most important reason I stay with Firefox. How do I get it to work again? Thoughts appreciated.

I want to disable the Tab hover preview and I follow the instructions per Mozilla Support, which are:

Enter about:config in the address bar and set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false.

When I enter about.config and search for "set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false" it comes up as false. And there doesn't seem to be a need or way to save that setting, already set to false. But it still has the hover preview.

How do I get rid of the preview mode?

Where has the home page setting "Open tabs from last session" gone? All my tabs are gone because the previously saved home pages are now opened automatically. That's it for Firefox!

Wo ist die Startseiteneinstellung "Tabs der letzten Sitzung öffnen" geblieben. Meine ganzen Tabs sind weg, weil jetzt automatisch die einstmals gespeicherten Startseiten geöffnet werden. Das war es dann mit Firefox!
