Can't download Mozilla VPN app to 3rd PC. . Have Mozilla VPN on 2 of 3 PC's. I Have allowed vpn app to download thru defender firewall. Download App stops 3/4 of way thru opening. I signed out of vpn service, in connected services, in hope re-installing would help with issue. Now service is missing from list, adding to my initial problem. How do I restore service and fix download problem. Syncing not option as other 2 pc's have never been synced and work fine! Suggestions??

I tried Mozilla Monitor, logging in using my Mozilla account, but it wouldn't accept my UK address. It would only accept USA addresses. So I was not able to run the scan and reach the stage where you can delete the Monitor Account

Using the same personal data, but selecting a USA location, I ran the scan and then dieted the account successfully.

As I used the same email address for each attempt does the successful deletion on the second attempt mean all my Monitor accounts have been deleted?

ChatGPT indicates that this is the case but I would welcome further advice.

I can't understand this messsage as I use daily several times the Mozilla products Thunderbird and Firebird. Please dont cancel my account as it would have catastrophic consequences. Please tell me what I should do to avoid that cancellation.

'When I set up an account with Mozilla, it was working fine, then changed to 2 factor log in. I don't know how to change it back. I would use my own email account (kemartin124@yahoo.com) but EA sets up an entire new account & Iose everything & can't get it back. I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. I always use Mozilla/Firefox for this and have for a few years. It says that I created an account 2 weeks ago.

Here is the email I received:

"A couple of weeks ago you created a Mozilla account, but never confirmed it. For your security, we will delete the account if not verified in the next 24 hours."

Is this a legitimate email?

So very recently my main pc was hacked. Long story short, the best I could do was have my Microsoft account suspended. Now I am making new accounts for everything, including here. But my new account is attempting to sync with the old one. I don't want that to happen. I can't sign in to the old one to remove it since I can no longer access it. I am deathly afraid that this account will also be hacked due to it attempting to sync with the old one. Is that possible? And is there a way to remove the old one. I don't think my mind will be at ease till I can have a fresh start. I have requested Microsoft to completely delete the hacked account instead of simply suspending it, but I am unsure if that will do anything here.
