i have bought another mac 2013 with big Sur system installed and i am not seeing firefox in the app store ? is there any solution how can i get in my mac ?

hi fellas i just bought macbook air 2012 in which OS is high seara and with no updates i want to ask that firefox works on older version like high seara ? anyone with personal experience?

Hi all. For several years now I have noticed one problem: when I want to go to a page from my bookmarks, the browser simply refreshes the current page. I'm on some website and I want to open my bookmark in the same tab, so as not to open a new tab. But the site is simply updated and the bookmark is not navigated. Browser version 127.0.2 macos M1

I regularly use Google, Firefox or Chrome, to search for a site, go to site. I want, on my IMac, to erase any trace of my search, anything associated with this site. Thank you

Hi, When i want a new tab on Firefox i have 'Freshy' which appears while with Safari this does not happen .I heard that Freshy is an Hacker site .Pls lest me know how can I Remove it or avoid it Thanks for your feedback Regards

I am having continuous problems with opening some sites. The site opens and immediately shuts down the browser immediately. Its not every site but I have real problems with DHL.com and Creativepro network specifically. I have tried two other browsers, Brave and Opera. Opera is caught up in a loop with one of these sites now so I will have to reinstall it.

Can't tell if its the browser config or my computer.

BTW i'm using a Mac 14.6.1 and I access the internet via starlink (I'm in rural New Zealand).

This is getting very frustrating.

After the most recent update of FF on Mac OS Sequoia, suddenly I am no longer able to login to either of my routers, because they require http and FF keeps forcing https.

This results in no login gui but instead an ‘unable to connect’ error message.

I have researched and tried every conceivable fix and nothing works (settings, about:config, cookies, cache, all of it.

I would have expected that simply adding exceptions in settings would work, but it simply doesn’t.

I can login via Safari, so this is clearly a FF issue. It even happens in Safe Mode.

Kind of at my wits end. Anyone have a fix.

I went to Ugsound.com accidently while using Firefox on my Imac. The Firefox warning came up immediately and I left the site. Did Firefox protect me from malicious virus or was it too late? I was on the site for maybe 7-8 seconds.

I have set "*.azconfig.io" domain to be bypassed in my Mac OS (v14.4.1) proxy settings which Safari honors but not Firefox (v128.0).

Addl info: My Proxy setting uses the pac configuration provided by my organization.

I downloaded the latest version for my mac and now when I open a new window or webpage like Gmail as soon a it loads it crashes. How do I fix this? Like if I open a new tab and say I select the weather. As soon as the web page loads it crashes.

bold textbold text I absolutely cannot find a way to add website shortcuts to Firefox home page on a mac iOs Sonoma. Found several sets of directions, but nothing works. This is driving me crazy, so please tell me how to easily accomplish this using the tools of Mozilla for iOS Sonoma. Many thanks!

I have been looking online for all the troubleshooting routes, but I've tried so many with the same result. I've trashed and redownloaded it on my Mac multiple times and cannot even get into the options to toggle and choose. I have to usually quit firefox for anything to even happen when I click, but when I've seen it stop bouncing, it just shows it's stopped responding. I really like Firefox more than Brave and Chrome, if you could please help, I'd appreciate it. Other browsers like Chrome and Brave still work, and I just dowloaded and started using Brave in the meantime.

I don't think "Tabs" is the right topic, but maybe it's the best of the choices since "Other" isn't an option.

I have an email with a link to a monthly newsletter, which should take me to February's issue. When I click on, or copy/paste, the link, I end up with the January issue. When I copy/paste in Chrome and Safari, I get the February issue. The newsletter people suggested clearing my cache/cookies in Firefox, but that didn't help. No matter how I try to navigate to the newsletter in Firefox, I get to January. I have tried everything I can think of, and still get the January issue in Firefox, while that same link gets me the February issue in Safari and Chrome.

I'm using Firefox 122.0.1, on a MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.2.1).

I'd appreciate any ideas you might have!
