Over the past six weeks I have had two failures of Firefox [running current version 146.0 (aarch64)] in completing CC payment processes -- at least one involved updating an expired car, I can't recall if the other involved such a change or just entering a card.

I am using Firefox on a mac mini M4 Pro running macOS Sequoia 15.7.2 (up to date, fully supported, but not Tahoe the recently released new version of macOS). I am running Firefox with 4 extensions -- 1 Password, Print Friendly, Raindrop.io, and Authenticator. None were being actively used during these incidents.

In both cases when I switched to Safari and opened the sites, I was able to successfully complete the CC changes and payments. So it does not appear to be related to a problem in my internet connection.

My questions are: a) has anyone had a similar experience with Firefox

     -- particularly incidents related to online financial transactions

b) if so, have you found a solution c) regardless, do you have any suggestions about the cause of the problem or changes to try

Otherwise, my experience with Firefox has been excellent and I am very happy with it, but this is obviously a frustrating and time-consuming problem.

I have reported it to Firefox -- the response was that they will look into it but that my next step should to ask "the community" here.

I am trying to use the website Jpay to connect with a loved one in prison. When accessing jpay's website I am prompted to enter my username and password in order to access the account. I enter the correct information- select login and the page will attempt to load and redirect me to the next page, but unfortunately nothing happens. The page will flash and prompt me to enter the username and password again. I am able to login into my Jpay account using safari, edge, and chrome however those browsers are no longer compatible with the jpay server for video visits. To add- I have purposely input incorrect details and when the page redirects it advises that I have input the incorrect username and password. Lastly, I have tried using several devices that range from a laptop, two different iphone, an ipad and an android tablet, the issue remains the same firefox will not redirect beyond the login screen. I have contacted jpay directly and there is nothing they can do. Please provide any advice on how to fix this issue. It appears to be on the back end. I have attached two snips. One showing i entered my information and clicked login. The next shows my username and password has disappeared after the failed load/ redirect. Thanks!

Long time user of Firefox and this issue of the Recaptcha Failed while never even opening the Recaptcha for selecting all the bikes, buses or whatever else it asks you to find in order to validate. This is a new install of the latest version of Firefox, I have no problem with Recaptcha using Chrome but prefer Firefox's privacy. I pay bills, work jobs from the internet which requires recaptcha to work in the browser I am using. I have not seen a answer anywhere to fix this problem which only happens in Firefox. Hi team, I have created a web application using angularJs(angualr 1) and html in which a web page displays google map.it is working perfectly when we open in Firefox and chrome browse. I have created a wpf window application using .net framework 4.6.1 and embedded geckofx control to render web pages from web application .Issue is that google map is not rendering in the gecko browser embedded in wpf application , Although other contents/element except google map components of the same page are getting displayed in the geocko embedded wpf control(WindowsFormsHost). But when we open the same page in Firefox browser ,it is working fine. It seems like the issue might be related to how Geckofx handles certain JavaScript or rendering features required by Google Maps. Is there any configure or setting that is require to be set in geckofx to get the google map displayed ? or is there anything which is not supported by geckofx ?

I cannot access www.amazon.com via the desktop version of Firefox 136.06! I can access amazon.com using my Android phone version 136.02.

Nothing in the Windows 10(64bit) OS or the Firewall is set to Block Amazon and my VPN is not set to Block Amazon. I do not know when this issue began or which Firefox Update may have caused it. See the screen capture attached!

After the last update I can no longer see the comments section at the bottom of news articles on both Fox News and Yahoo. I double checked and they are workin fine on Chrome (I never this browser). I have been using FireFox for years and this is the first time this has happened. I am using Win 10 Any help would be appreciated Thank you

SOO! Mozilla is the browser BUT Outlook Hotmail is the messaging app. Did not know that. Assumed they were one in the same company. Over the years I somehow transitioned from Hotmail to Outlook which I assumed are one in the same. It appears my problem of inserting a picture into an email text lays with MS not Mozilla! How do I fix that? Can/should I switch to Mozilla Hotmail or is that automatically Outlook???

Inserting picture in email text does not work. When attempting to drag/Insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/Inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10.

Is there a MS forum like Mozilla??? I am not the only person having this problem.

I recently upgraded FF on this computer and can no longer sign in to my att.net email account, although I was able to sign in on another computer on FF earlier today. I just get an error message and Att can't help...is there a setting that has me locked out? I can also access email on other browsers just not the FF version on this computer.

It looks like some sites are not working properly, two examples I can give are google sheets&docs, in the attached image you can see my sheets are not being shown, note that if I directly access a sheet's link it does open.

The second example is some websites with media players just load infinitely (YouTube works).

Also added network tab non 200 status code requests images.

Things I've tried:

• Disabled "network.dns.disablePrefetch".
• Tried troubleshoot mode(meaning those requests that were blocked by ublock are not the problem).
• Deleted history including cookies.
• Private Browsing.
• User Agent masking
• Reinstalling

suddenly my work account at https://outlook.live.com is a completely white screen.

access to other instances of this account (Onedrive, filesharing etc) are fine. Email account works on phone, so no problem with log-in

I have re-started the browser

I keep getting error message "Something went wrong - Retry" when trying to reach an Audacy.com web page at https://www.audacy.com/stations/wccoradio . This does NOT happen when I use another browser (Chrome), but it happens about 95% of the time in Firefox. When I click the "Retry" button, it still gives me the same error message. I tried clearing out the cookies and cache but this did not help. I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Why am I getting this error message in Firefox but not in Chrome, and what can I do about it?

I am having difficulty trying to view a website. I receive the following message whenever I try to view this website:

"Suspected Phishing This website has been reported for potential phishing.

Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source."

There are two buttons beneath this message, the one on the left which reads "Learn More," the one on the right which reads "Ignore & Proceed." Yet when I click on either of the buttons a blank white page appears.

The web address in the URL field also changes from the website I originally selected to the following:

Why would I not be able to view this website (and others too) with Firefox but am able with Chrome? I want to be able use Firefox, as Chrome will not allow use of an extension that Firefox will.

Please tell me how this problem may be fixed.

For over a week now yahoo finance and weather network for example will not fully load. Partial load looks normal and then constant cycling without completion. I have not made any changes at my end.

I have loaded Messenger onto my new computer as well as Firefox. When I go to Messenger the Voice and Video icons at the top right are greyed and when hovering over the icons, I get a message that video calling etc is not supported. i had no trouble on my other computer but am not sure how to activate the video and voice options. Can you please help me solve this issue. Thank you

I'm using Google Docs in Firefox. Every time I right click and then click paste I get a message explaining that Firefox is incompetent and I need to hook my keyboard up to my tablet and use Ctrl + V. And tap/clicking Edit > paste won't work either. I use a mouse with my tablet, but not a keyboard.

How to I get FireFox to allow me to use Right Click or at the very least Edit > paste? Even Opera Browser can paste in a Google Doc.
