Using iOS on Mac Mini desktop, I get no sound on democracynow.org but on the iPhone the sound works fine. Most other streams/videos have fine sound but not imdb.com on the desktop with iOS but again, fine on the iPhone.

I accidentally downloaded a newer version of Firefox on my iMac but it is too old to run it. Now I have no way to download an older version that I use to have. Don’t have any suggestions? Thanks

Multi-Account Tab is on longer loading. I uninstalled it, shutdown my computer, and restarted it, reloaded it back on. Unfortunately, it's still not working. I do have Tab Stash on my computer as well, and it not working either. I guess the two problems are related, but I thought I would start with Multi-Account because I didn't want to lose all my bookmarks.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how it fit this?

After recent update bookmarks disappeared. When I restore them and then close firefox developer edition the bookmarks toolbar is gone again. It seems like a bug in that recent update. Please advise.

I use a 2009 Mac Mini running OS 10.11.6 dedicated for streaming. I was prompted to update Firefox to ESR which I did, replacing the older version of Firefox. The new version will not open.

It was the only browser I had. Can I undo the installation? Or download 78.15.0 somehow to restore the functionality of this Mac?

I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

I am 77 of age and my computer knowledge is limited. When I go to search topics for example, places to visit in Maui ,the above message appears and I am thinking I might have disabled something. I really need help getting this working. Thank you.

I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

I have the last Firefox version and am trying to add extensions (e.g. video download helper). When I click on Add to Firefox, it works at loading the extension, but without any success. The blue dot in the gray square dances and dances and dances.... Thanks !!

ad blocker on mac laptop does now show up in mozilla firefox extensions or manager, I opened the puzzle icon but only grammerly shows up, I know I have ad blocker because i have websites saying so and i paid for it annually,

On Mac OS 14.4 Firefox hangs on launch and crashes, requiring "Force Quit" when I try to Refresh or Troubleshoot. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and restarted computer several times. Have spent several hours trying multiple community suggestions to now avail.

I am not a programmer, but am able to follow instructions. I clearly need someone to hold my hand and walk me through the solution. (I even checked out the Kaspersky suggestion, but cannot install it because Firefox cannot connect to the Internet.)

I have downloaded and saved "Raw Data.docx" and "Application Basics tex.docx" from one of the crash reports.

P.S. On this question form Firefox guessed that my operation system was Mac OS x 10_15_7, but it is 14.4

I'm using Mac OS 11.7.10. Firefox desktop no longer allows me to browse the internet. It just keeps spinning wheels. I've downloaded the newest version and it still crashes. What can I do?

I tried to print directly from a website, but it will not print. If I print an image or PDF, it will print just fine. I am currently using Firefox 135.0.1 on a macOS Sequoia 15.3.

Hello, today I could not launch Firefox on my Mac. Because this is a corporate machine from Kyndryl, I downloaded from Kyndryl App Store, I have rebooted the systems, I have updated iOS to last version, but still haven't solved the issue. This is the situation: Firefox is installed, I click to launch it, I am asked to authenticate with MFA I authenticate correctly, and Firefox just sits at the dock bar jumping, then stops jumping, and nothing else happens. I repeated the process several times, made several reboots, nothing changed. Can you suggest a solution?

Yesterday I could access my passwords saved in Firefox, but today there were only two & those were in an open window for passwords. How can I recover my list of passwords, please? I'm using a MacBook Air with an M3 chip, Sequoia 15.3.1 Thanks so much!
