Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. Firefox just introduced a cool feature that lets us set custom wallpapers on the home screen—love it! But whenever I try using pictures from my personal library, they don’t fit properly and end up getting cropped. Resizing doesn’t help either, since making the image smaller just ruins the quality.

So, is there a specific format I should be using? Like, does it need to be JPEG only, or will any file type work? And if any format is fine, what’s the ideal one for the best results? I couldn’t find anything in the settings or help pages about this.

I have been using firefox for 3 to 4 years now and it's the best brower i have ever used but from a few months it have gotten too slow i am a student and need to create projects and research alot so i have to open around 20 tabs at a single time but before even after opening 30 tabs it would be fast as ever. I don't have any security extension or whatever i just have AdGuard AdBlocker extention, volume booster and grammerly and screenshot taker and hoxx vpn (it was before as well) but the firfox has become so slow now. (I have custom and max protection on) and additional windows protection too. and sometimes it just stop responding and also hangs up and closes own it own and it takes too much time to load and also if my wallpaper theme is animated it's Animated Colorful Plexus by candelora" if it slow the firefox then let me know and also it uses a lot ram of my computer too.

firefox keeps knocking me out of certain web sites such as discovery netflix ,telling me to update to the latest version then restart it but no luck so far please help me ,as i still getting payed for the webpages but still can not watch because i need latestversion of firefox please help.

I've had this issue for years, but it was always something I could live with. The Issue would only appear once every week or so. However, recently the issue seems basically happen on a daily basis.

After Firefox has been running for some time and there's a few other tabs open, The YouTube UI will periodically become completely unresponsive.

Just moving the cursor on top of Youtube will cause 100% + CPU in the Firefox task manager and the page is entirely unresponsive during that time (except video playback)...

This issue has persisted through reinstalls, new profiles and is also present without extensions.

in the last couple weeks, every time I go into Firefox my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar are scrambled. (all messed up and out of order). I have to keep restoring from a good save file. How do I stop this from happening? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but that hasn't helped. I have imported the good bookmark file that I saved.

I cannot change the background image when my Firefox app opens on my MS Windows laptop. During set-up, the system had me select an image, but I want to change it as I find it distracting. Thanks!

1.The browser is closed 2.Looking at the task manager, there are still two browser processes (firefox.exe) present and they together take up about 3GB of memory 3.These two processes have no I/O reads and writes. 4.These two processes cannot be concluded. I've tried CMD, Powshell, XueTr, etc., but none of them can free up the memory space occupied by these two processes.

Hello! I wanted to see if there was a way to have sent tabs be automatically opened on Firefox mobile. Searching "Automatically open sent tabs on Firefox mobile" gives help guides on syncing and not how to automatically open links sent through the feature.

Instead of having to open any number of notifications I would much prefer the tabs automatically populating the tabs browser. I currently send from PC/iOS-mobile to Android-mobile but will be switching to a second iOS-mobile device soon.

I just acquired a new Windows 11 computer, and I have installed Firefox. My old computer quit suddenly. I am trying to find the Firefox file location. There is no Mozilla or Firefox folder in "Program Files", "Program Files (x86), "Downloads", "Users/Appdata/Roaming", or any other location that I have thought of. I want to bring in my bookmarks from my old computer and I only have access to the files in the "Users" folder.

Where might these files be?

I just need some help to stop techlorex from popping up as its constant and all day every day, There is no app and I search the system but nothing comes up, It pops up on one app I delete the app and it comes up on another one. Has enyone else had this problem and did you find a solution? Many thanks.

Neither of the two addons that bring up my Google calendar work anymore. They each bring up some goofy Google "workplace". It says I can log into my calendar, but when I try, it says it's sending me an authorization request, even though the "don't ask again" button is checked. I never get an request on my phone, just a "ding" announcement. Arrrggghhh...

Window turns black with rotating arrow. I do not want to give in to BING, but I am able to work the puzzles when I use it.

Recently I have not been able to route the audio to external (wired) speakers when streaming music. The audio comes through the computer just fine. I have also tested streaming music on other browsers and the audio does go to the external speakers without an issue.

How do i get the audio back to me external speakers?

The latest Firefox does not load programs that used to work with it. That is, this used to work:

and now locks up the page. It also fails on a daily trivia question. If I run under other browsers (e.g., Opera,) they work fine. This makes me think it's some setting in Firefox. I'm not sure, but I think this started after a Firefox update.

Have just had new Draytek 2927 router installed and FF (139.0.1) will not allow access to google.com nor to search via google. Google says "unusual traffic detected" and the Captchas never load. Typing a URL allows that website to open without issue. Is this issue with router or FF? Can access google.com via Chrome (which I have had to use to raise this query!) I am not using a VPN and only a UK language add on. Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot display Amazon Deals properly that contain multiple he products. The home page and single products display normally. should be. A page with multiple products has large blank areas where the product should be. If I move the mouse over these spots, a soundless video will often display.

My clearing of the temporary cache files did not help. Stopping Ghostery doesn't help either. Other add-ons include Last Pass, Honey, Review Meta and Facebook Fences.
