while ysing the New York Times i tried to open the Athletic Section of the App and this was the result....Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)....I cannot find information, can you help

Find in Page is no longer working properly. It will find the first string of characters, but if there's a space it finds nothing.

For example, it will find "sweet", but won't find "sweet potato".

Youtube is nonfunctional on firefox as of April 29 2025. It was all working fine last night, then I woke up to no youtube. It loads the website as a blank screen. Videos can be accessed by going directly to their URL, but no recommendeds load in, no comments section, even the title and channel information is unavailable. I would say none of the buttons work, but there are no buttons to test. It works fine in Chrome still. I know it's not my extensions because I tried removing them all, and it didn't fix it. I know it's not my cache/cookies, because I cleared that too and it didn't fix it. I know it's not on Youtube's end, because it works fine in Chrome. I know it's not an update issue, because I updated my browser and it didn't fix it. Please. I want to be able to use youtube in firefox. Please help me fix this thing. I have attached photos, but I suspect they'll be more demonstrative of the problem than useful for troubleshooting.

These 2 web sites worked fine last night.

Today ebay.com connects, but picutres on the site are blank spaces.

Gunbroker.com won't connect, it just sputters and sputters.

I entered these 2 sites on Chrome, they came up correctly. Gunbroker.com connected. Ebay came up with all the pictures on the site populated.

EVERYTIME I TRY TO SIGN IN TO ASSURANCE WIRELESS ON FIREFOX THIS IS WHAT I GET SEE IMAGE. I NEED HELP HERE it was as of last week now i can not get into it i tried everything but restoring firefox because i do not want to lose everything . please help

When I try to compose a new email, or reply to one, the pane opens to compose the email, but immediately closes before I can enter anything, reverting back to the Inbox. A new, empty draft gets created. But there is no way I can create a new email. Problem does not occur on other browsers. If I open a "New Private Window" and sign in to Outlook, I can then create the email there, but after a while the same problem occurs in that window too. Tried clearing Firefox cache temp files and cookies, but that did not resolve the problem. Using web based Outlook, Windows 10. Firefox is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Some web sites have begun to not work with Firefox browser on Windows 7 64 bit. Is there anyway to get a version of Firefox that that will get me back to working as well as before 4/9/2025. My Firefox web browser says it is fully updated. If Firefox browser is to no longer work with Windows 7, can you suggest a simple browser that can be downloaded for Windows 7 and tell me where and how to download it?

On Sunday October 5, 2025 I began experiencing an issue with gocomics.com. I thought it was a temporary one that would resolve itself. Monday morning it was still happening. I contacted GC thinking the issue was on their end. They were unable to replicate it. They asked me to try to go to the site using the private window on FF. I was able to access it just fine. Therefore, we know it is not GC. I was also able to get to their page on Chrome.

I tried again on Tuesday. Same issues. I had already read on some forums where others were getting the same loop that I am: https://amub2c.b2clogin.com/amub2c.onmicrosoft.com/B2C_1A_GC_SIGNINSIGNOUT_POLICIES/oauth2/v2.0/logout?post_logout_redirect_uri=https://www.gocomics.com

It was suggested to try refreshing FF. I did that. Didn’t work. Gave up again for the day.

This morning, I tried uninstalling FF. Didn’t work. What else is there left for me to try?

Why can I no longer access my yahoo customized home page. And how can I create a new one, tho I'd rather not have to go thru all of that setup again. Hope you can help me retrieve it. Started yesterday I think.

Every couple of days I am unable to access my email accounts, facebook and most web pages.

The only way I can access them is to refresh Firefox after which all work OK.

Really like firefox but am getting fed up of having to refresh it constantly any advise you could give would be very much appreciated.

We tried 2 different computers, but two different users. Type in the user name and the password and it looks like it will start up, but then returns to the login paged.

Still unable to connect to Facebook.com, all other websites are fine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still, it only shows me a page stating " Sorry. something went wrong:( " . I am able to login on other devices without any issues and am able to login on this device if i use a different browser. Whilst in trouble shooting mode, i am still Unable to access Facebook.

Trying to connect to yahoo mail (currently.com) and keep getting error messages. All other websites on firefox work.

When attempting to login to ssa.gov (probably a redirect to login.gov (?)) I get the following in a new tab (with url https://secure.ssa.gov/RIL/SiView.action)

I usually browse with Strict but removed for this website, made now difference :-\

I want to unsubscribe form emails from a company MyHeritage, but when I click the link the page opens then instantly greys out so I cannot do anything. This happens with another trusted web site as well
