The "Latest Tweets" header on twitter has recently started automatically scrolling and blocking whatever is shown on screen.

If I try to tweet, the screen appears to split and it is not possible to see the actual Tweet edit and post screen and the screen locks not able to move up or down.

This has only started in the past few days.

Can you help me to disable to scrolling of the sticky header?

I am sick of the unannounced updates that occur without prompting me. Edge doesn't do this and I'm fed up with Mozilla unannounced updates. Going to uninstall Firefox because of unannounced updates.

Hello, Why does Firefox convert my mp4 files to 3gpp files when I download them from my personal Flickr account?? Chrome does not - they download perfectly when I download videos from my Flickr account using Chrome - so why can't I download them as mp4 files in Firefox???

I got mad at a website that wouldn't let me right click menu to save pictures, so I stubbornly saved them via less efficient means, in the process I picked up the Long Screenshot extension and this had an error shortly before or after I had an issue with Lightshot not appearing, other extensions did not appear either when I added them during this time period, but now these all appear with the exception of Lightshot, which gets deleted and reinstalled only to not appear, that of course being the problem, though I will also say that a right click menu not being there is like reaching onto my computer and pulling my finger away, sites that do that should be given the cold shoulder somehow, at least.

I recently changed the Privacy & Security settings in Firefox v100.0.2 (Mac) to "Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all Windows". Since that change, even though Google is my default search engine, all searches take me to a window that says: "You’ve enabled HTTPS-Only Mode for enhanced security, and a HTTPS version of www.searchbaron.com is not available." I did a google search and the recommendation was to delete the searchbaron extension in Extensions but there isn't one there. I like the security of only going to https sites and if possible would like to keep that setting.

Does anyone know what is going on and how I can fix this? Thanks.

I mistakenly blocked a website that I use all the time this morning. I am not getting a big red exclamation point and it says Restricted Access. I need to regain access to this site as I use it daily for business. Help! Thanks.

I was just updated to version 100 and now the background in the sites I visit, ebay for example, are totally black where they used to be white. I've set my firefox theme to "light" as recommended in another thread, restarted my computer, but to no avail. I now have a light background/black letter tab bar but every site is black where it used to be white. Thanks for a simple answer, I'm not highly technically skilled.

I don't mean "saving" login information for later use, that I do not want to do. What I mean by the login not being retained is that when I log-in to a website like say Amazon, while I'm browsing, I end up having to re-enter my login information pretty much every other time that I switch between pages. I've never had an issue like that with any other browser. Is there some setting I need to adjust to stop that from happening? As I said, I'm not looking to save my passwords and usernames within the browser, I just want to effectively browse a website after logging into it without needing to login every time I move between pages. I need to recover a web page that I visited several times last fall using Firefox on Mac OS. I have regular backups which should include the Firefox cache files, but after looking through several threads online it is not clear exactly which file I would look for in my backups, and how I could go about actually looking at the cached version of that page. I have seen some tools for viewing old cache files, but the only one that seemed reasonably easy to use is only for Windows.

I would be grateful for any step-by-step instructions on how I can see an old page (or at least any parts of it that were cached) that no longer exists.

Also: I tried the various internet archives such as way back machine and google cache but no such luck. This was an ad on a real estate website in Italy.

On thursday 4/28/22 I lost the ability to use Gmail via firefox. I keep getting errors such as check your network connection and Oops... the system encountered an error (#001)

I have updated my browser on my windows computer, my network speed, upload and download speed is good. All other websites are functioning just fine. Only Gmail seems to be affected on my computer. (It works fine from other computers and from my phone.)

Do you know how I can make it work again? Please help!?!

I go to Norton, sign in, then go to another sigh-in button and the screen just flashes. Click it several times and just see the screen flash. Norton logged in remotely and went through some hoops but they came up with the same thing. Cleared the cache, history, no-go. They tell me that is is a problem with Firefox and not them. (and recommended an expensive organization to get help from) This is a computer I just reset to factory and reinstalled completely. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Search doesn't work. I type in the address bar or open a new tab and type in the search box, which goes to the address bar, after I hit enter the google search shows in the address bar (https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=test) but nothing happens. no spinning, no error message just nothing. I've tried other search engines, same thing. It does work in troubleshoot mode and incognito. I do not have any extensions or add ins and use the default theme. No updates are available, I've cleared history (works very temporarily), & reinstalled.

I would like to stop the default behavior of firefox displaying in the tab that contains my GMail how many unread GMail messages there are -- in other words to delete "(9)" from the attached photo and never have the count displayed -- if it could instead simply say "Inbox - xxx@gmail.com"

Hi. How do I give permission to Firefox to open a webpage? There seems to be a firewall issue or something? Please provide the exact steps to allow a URL to be opened with my permission. Instructions on changing primary email address not helpful-prompted to access Accounts but profile displayed would not let me edit my primary email address. When attempted to add secondary address was notified that code was sent to my old email address was was compromised & deleted by security of my carrier Want to add new email address & add secondary email account. Since I updated my Mozilla Firefox I'm not able to access my gmail properly. It's always showing an error massage as if I'm not connected although I am. I've cleared everything, made all the steps avialible online and nothing works. I'm having problems loading pages too. When I open a new tab and try to access any site or make a search it won't load as if I did nothing. When are you gonna fix this?

What is going on?

After doing a reset to try and get rid of the yahoo redirect malware attached to the Firefox browser, now I cannot access google search engine within firefox, or my gmail email account. I get the error messages attached below. I have spent hours looking on your support pages and tried all ways and NOTHING WORKS!!!!

FIrefox has been my default browser for years but if you cannot fix this very annoying and frustrating bug, I will be forced to your Chrome.
