I had my Dell laptop crash. I reinstalled Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22000 BUILD 22000. I installed Firefox 131.0 (64-bit). Before the crash I had a Microsoft version of Firefox. Now, I CANNOT get Firefox to save my names and passwords for the sites I access. It's frustrating. What else can or should I do to get this to perform as advertised??? Thanks for any help.
Why do I need to reset the password to ask on my desktop? I don't have to re-select it on my laptop.
Tell me how to turn off prompts for information I wont divulge
Thank you. Laurie Lindgren

I've followed every guide I've found but the issue still persists. I've created a new profile, reinstalled ff after deleting the whole file from my pc, deleted all cookies for a dozen times, disabled all extensions, started ff in that problem mode or whatever it's called and I still can't login to certain websites. See attached photo. And Please don't blame this on the recent storm, this has been an issue for a long time now. We keep getting updates but no fixes. The only answer I've seen given is to disable all my security software, that's not going to happen. Microsoft edge has no issues with my security software.

Hello,
Today I just encountered my Google sign in page completely not working. I tried logging in to my Gmail, but I immediately got redirected to this page (image 1, https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en)
I tried clearing my cache just like the website said, and I've even gone as far as refreshing my Firefox, but to no avail.
However, when I try logging in to my Google account on Private Browsing, everything works as intended (Image 2)
Does anyone have an idea what might be happening ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was able to login to Firefox through my tablet and access the passwords saved on the laptop 10 months ago. My laptop was stolen one week ago and now when I login to my Firefox account I see no passwords saved or history. I was using an old version of FireFox on the laptop. Any idea how to solve this issue and access the passwords?

I few minutes ago, I was signed in to my google email and other accounts and needed to log out. Now, when I try to re-sign-in, I can no longer access the google/gmail sign in page, I get directed to the "Clear cache" page. I've cleared my cache and cookies a number of times, restarted the computer and firefox (my firefox is up to date). I contacted google; they say the issue is with firefox. Everything was working fine an hour ago, but now I'm shut out? I can access the sign in page if I open the page in a "private" browser window. Anyone else having this issue? Any help?
I cannot sign in and they are asking for new password.
Please help me to update my email address.
Hello Every time that I want to login in Amazon I get a pop up window from Windows Security. How can I disable this "useless" feature?

I've tried clearing my cache and cookies. My firefox browser is up to date. I tried disabling ad blocker and cookie auto-delete. Javascript is enabled and I even tried turning on that feature that prevents page redirects. I'm truly at a loss for what to do.
