I ran a program on my mac (https://kevin-de-koninck.github.io/Clean-Me/) without the "User Preferences" option and it still signed me out of my Firefox account .Usually shouldn't be a big deal but somehow my Lastpass account doesn't have the password saved (which I use to login to getpocket.com every day, so I literally don't understand what is going on with it not being in there) so I can't login to it. It's the main account, and I can login to my other accounts attached to it, but I get the error "login with main account" after I sign in successfully.

So, I can't login to my main account (main@example.com) but I can login to my attached account (not_main@example.com). Also, on my phone i am logged into main@example.com, but I can't change the password without knowing the password. And if I change the password to main@example.com it will reset my account which I really don't want as I have years and years of bookmarks and history on there.

Can anyone help? Please, and thanks in advance.

Hello, I would like to import bookmarks, passwords and other settings from a second chrome account. Is it possible to do this? Do I have to create a second account as well on FF? I would assume so, but trying to get help via the FF Support page is not very easy. I realize this is a site for developers and code contributors, but I would like to move to Firefox because the browser has done and excellent job in building its robust platform over the years. What it boils down to, is I would like to be able to switch among accounts as I do in chrome. Is that possible? If not how to I go about creating a second usable account. I am sure the answer is easy, but obviously my wording for questions were not concise enough to get help.

Long story short, due to a boot up error loop, i was forced to reinstall windows.

I have done this before and after logging into my Firefox account, everything synced. This time however, it did not work. All my Book Marks, Passwords etc are gone. I really need those back.

If anyone can assist i will greatly appreciated.

I have sync turned on for all options but everytime Firefox updates I lose all passwords and log-ins from my main Windows desktop PC, the Bookmarks are all still in place.

Log in and password infois still available on my iphone and macbook air..

How do I restore them and prevent it happening again?

A video I am watching is in 4:3 aspect ratio and comes with black bars in the embedded player; however, when i enter fullscreen (on a 16:9 display) the video stretches horizontally, getting rid of the black bars, resulting in a bottom portion of the video being cut off. This happens on my macbook pro running firefox 116.0.1 that is connected to a television monitor. This issue does not happen on my desktop monitor of 16:9 resolution. For about one second or so when the video first enters into fullscreen, the video is played how I want it to be played (non stretched, 4:3 aspect ratio, with vertical black bars on the sides), but then it auto adjusts itself and switches to a stretched resolution, which is what I DO NOT want. In case this info is important: When I exit the video, the entire screen is in a stretched resolution for only about a second until it then adjusts itself again to return to a normal display view. I am in dire need of help, it's driving me crazy.

There is no option to import passwords via csv in the import data that your "find help" suggests. Only importing from another browser. I thought you "Upgraded" this in version 116. What is going on with Mozilla? I see people have been complaining since 2021. As usual I will have to "improvise" due to lack of support. by improvise I mean downloading another "competent" web browser capable of importing from csv just so i can use it to import to firefox. YOU can figure that out but not from the same frickin file as every other browser. Pathetic! /

Hello How i can uninstall you "upgrades" , as since i updated Firefox i have to logon to every fucking account !!! I used You browser like 10 if not more years... and You are now worse than MS or Blizzard !

Hello Every time i reset PC and open Firefox i have to login to all services again ! Whats the hell is going on ? Every time all bc procedure answer TXT , answer ble ble question what the .... is wrong with you ? i used Firefox like 10 years ,, i guess is time to switchh to othher .... show like MS or yahoo P or chrome

I have installed Firefox on my new computer but some bookmarks did not transfer from my old computer. This includes those bookmarks shich displayed on my old computer only when I clicked on "search bookmarks." When I click "search bookmarks" on the new computer, it only displays bookmarks I have visited on the new computer. New computer is running Windows 11. How do I transfer these bookmarks to my new computer? Thank you.

Since uploading the latest update today many of my webpages no longer appear properly. I have given you an example of one which has the URL of https://www.newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football/Premier+League/Tottenham+Hotspur?type=ts You can see from the screenshot image that is added to this message what I mean. This is happening on quite a few websites now. Can you please advise a remedy or address the problem ?

With the new 116, I have lost all of my add ons, I cannot get into gmail, other sites ask for captcha with no captcha in sight. I keep getting a message that google thinks i am a robot

On Firefox 116.0.1, I am unable to make a post on LinkedIn. I have cleared the cache and cookies. I tried a different browser and I can make a post! So I have concluded that it is a Firefox issue. Hope this is addressed soon.

Hi, As of last 2 days (since the last upgrade) Firefox does is stuck on some sites. Some features on facebook would not load Some sites say that the servers take too long to respond - say they have troubles reaching servers. Some sites refuse to login or stuck (chesstempo)

Note then I tried all this on Opera - all worked. What could be the issue? cleaning cache did not help.
