I have been using FF for years and have been doing online banking. I cannot get into the bank's web site anymore. I can get in with Chrome but don't want to. Please help.

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

When attempting to sign in using google on firefox, the page I've included as an image below pops up. In order to solve the issue, I've tried clearing cookies and browsing data, refreshed firefox, and uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox. This happens on all websites, and only when using firefox.

I tried to login to my account with my email address, but it pops out to ask mw to create a new account. How wierd is that?! I follow the previous registration confirmation email last year and trace my account. I can clearly see that the email address is the one I try to login with. how is that happen? can i get my data back?

BTW, I create the recovery key through the website. The problem is how I login my account in the APP.

I am trying to convert from Chrome to Firefox. Everything is going well with my main account, but on my school account, I can't receive emails from out of my school district. Is there any way that I can make an account without email verification?

You took this without prior warning and letting me know what it is for. I will probably cancel this if you are not forth coming and if you dont answer I will put PayPal on the case. bold textI upgraded to Windows 11 months ago. Last night I tried to get on a website, but was refused access because it didn't support Windows 10. I no longer have windows 10! How do I resolved this conflict?

I have a Mozilla/Firefox Account, but when attempting to set up a monthly donation, the message says, ". . .Is this the right email address? We couldn’t verify that this email address is able to receive mail."

It is the same email address used on the Firefox Browser and accessable with a password, so I'm puzzled as to why it is questioning the ability to validate the email address.

Please help. I would very much like to donate.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated!
