normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

Webgl has completly broken after last update for me. Forcing webgl in about config doesnt work and it doesnt work in troubleshoot mode either. Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!

How do I revert back to the previous version of Firefox?

Youtube not working after most recent update, computer fans get stuck on, Firefox wont shut down, have to end task to get computer fans to shut off.

Whoever did the last update is working for the occult to destroy our computers and silence and isolate us.

I have just started getting Virus/Trogan messages from McAfee when brousing with Firefox. I have not installed McAfee so is this a blackmailing/SCAM by McAfee to get me to pay?. I only get these messages when using Firefox, It seems to be somthing that's got into Firefox! I don't, at the moment, have this annoyance on my Laptop.

Despite having the tick in the "Open Tabs and Windows" box, the last 3 days they have not been opened. Instead I get a completely blank page, not even the Firefox home page.

Even the "pinned" tabs aren't opening.

In 20 years I've never had this happen before.

I am trying to upload my picture as an avatar in Gravatar. I keep getting an error message and it won't upload. As a programmer, I've been working on AI-related projects lately. However, I'm quite frustrated because I can't see the specific data being returned by AI streaming in Firefox's F12 network tab. I hope to view the returned content of streaming interfaces in real-time.

When I am working on my website (Google sites) I may edit the page, or I may not change the page, but when I reload to refresh the page the view jumps a long way from where I was looking. This makes it difficult to work on my website .

It looks like there is a feature in that refresh does two jumps as if something is preventing some sort of automatic bookmark feature from working?

I have a user name and password for Office 365 Professional Plus for life. When I log in, I am informed that my password is wrong. I have the option of forgetting my password. When I exercise this option, I am told that only the administrator can change it, or he should have given the security option for self-changing password. I only have the order number but not the administrator's address. How can I change my password? Is there any provision to do so?

When I do a search on Firefox nothing is being displayed - just a blank screen i.e. no results.

I've typed the exact address of some websites - not all work e.g. www.nsandi.com. Again, a blank screen.

What setting do I have to adjust on my browser or is this a wider problem with Firefox?
