Since latest upgrade (1/16/2026) I cannot log in to Outlook email. This is specific to Firefox 147.0.1 (Chrome and Pop Peeper logins to Outlook work fine). I tried clearing cache, updating, restarting, rebooting, trouble-shooting mode, private window etc. to no avail. I get 400 error from Outlook.

When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

Hello. I am using Linux Mint 21.3 cinnamon and Firefox 144.0.2 When I use Google maps and the yellow small pointer (cartoon) to go on a specific street, the window come black when shifting to street view. My only extension is disabled, hardware acceleration unchecked, cache cleared and cookies cleared. I have made fresh install and nothing help. Troubleshooting mode allow street view to work fine but normal mode don't work. Google chrome work good. Chromium work good. And finally, Firefox work ok on my Linux mint LMDE 6.

Any idea where to go to solve this issue?

In my Firefox browser, when i try to sign in to Youtube, a window says "there was an issue signing in to Youtube" pops up. None of the troubleshooting articles are helpful for my situation. My Firefox browser is up to the latest update - version 146 on windows 11. Youtube works, but i am prevented from signing in to my account.

I have used Youtube in Firefox before by signing in to my google account, the only thing that has changed was that I went into settings and cleared my browsing history, cache, and cookies. Once those were cleared, Youtube won't sign me in and only shows that error window.

In my Firefox browser settings, I have set Youtube to accept cookies and have disabled adblock for Youtube.

My Youtube account is still accessible using Chrome, but not in Firefox. Youtube WILL sign me in if i use Firefox private browsing. I'd rather not use chrome since Firefox is my primary browser and I'd rather not jump through the extra steps of google sign-in using private browsing.

I do have a Google account with my school institution, but that has never been an issue (expect it won't open google maps for some reason, not the issue here though). My Youtube has always been signed in with my personal Gmail, not my school Gmail. I'm not sure if that's interfering with anything.

To reinstate the main issue: I cleared my browsing data and cookies, now Youtube in Firefox won't sign me in.

I have updated my firefox on W11 laptop to the latest version 147.0.3 (64-bit) but it cannot show any pictures from some, but not all, sites. Not from www.svt.se nor from www.yr.no But its ok from other sites, as www.tradera.com and www.kjell.com

It works fine using android firefox version 147.0.3

Any ideas, anyone?

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

Latest version of Firefox browser (142.1) recently installed on my laptop and desktop both running Windows 10. The former continues to support Flightradar 24. The latter no longer does. Message reads 'Unfortunately, your current browser does not support WebGL2 . . . most major browsers (including Firefox) do'! Is there a reason for this anomaly, please? Plus a solution? Ever since Firefox updated (to 147.0, I assume), I can no longer get ChatGPT to work. It does nothing when I click on "Log in" (I have a ChatGPT account), and the up arrow that you hit (or enter button) after asking a question does nothing (and the up arrow stays greyed out even while you are typing the question). I can use ChatGPT just fine on my Safari browser and iPhone. I used my iPhone ChatGPT to take me through steps to help, and it had me do several things (all of which did not work). These included: 1) refreshing the page/restarting; 2) open chat.openai.com, clicked lock icon and clicked "clear cookies and site data" and reloaded the page; 3) did same and clicked on the shield icon and toggled off "enhanced tracking protection"; 4) Went to file and "new private window", then chat.openai.com; 5) went to "about:support" in Firefox and clicked "refresh Firefox"; 6) Went to Firefox Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Permissions, then Block pop-up windows, then clicked exceptions and added "https://chat.openai.com"; 7) Then to Firefox Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site data, then manage exceptions, then added also "https://openai.com"; 8) Then changed enhanced tracking protection to Custom and unchecked cookies (cross-site tracking cookies) and restarted Firefox (I have since rechecked the box); 9) When I log into Firefox, it was showing a banner that read "Your privacy matters. Firefox now securely routes your DNS requests whenever possible to a partner service to protect you while you browse." Chat said to click "Disable" for this.; 10) After refreshing Firefox I chose (the 2nd time) "Restore only the ones you want" and opened a new tab. 11) At one point, I hit "Log in" for ChatGPT and the screen went slightly blurry and a new small rounded rectangular box (about 3 inches long) popped up, and Chat told me to hit the "X" to close that box, it then said to right-click on "Log In', and to choose "open link in new tab", but that option was not available. Chat says Firefox is still failing to load the embedded login frame, even after refresh. 12) I logged into "https://chat.openai.com/auth/login, and that still didn't work in Firefox, either. 13) Finally, I changed to Safari and successfully logged in. But I prefer Firefox as my main browser and want ChatGPT to work! I've even tried adding it to my sidebar (the new feature), and the same problems are occurring. It won't let me log in, and I can't ask it any questions. Help!  :)

Firefox for Linux can never get past Cloudflare's security captcha. Not just the latest version, but several versions in a row. The page reloads over and over again. Eventually, I launch a different Chromium-based browser and open the page there. Firefox for Android usually handles this issue.

I'm using the latest Firefox. All of a sudden as of this morning, Firefox cannot not load Facebook or Twitter. I can open YouTube and YouTube videos appear but will not play (just a spinning wheel when I try to play). The Amazon landing page is scrambled with code. (see image attached)

I use Ghostery ad blocker but the issue persists when Ghostery is paused. I can use Safari without issue. Can anyone offer any insights?

Today following a brief power outage I was no longer able to sign in to AOL with Firefox on my desktop computer. I am able to sign in to all other apps with no problem. I tried clearing my cache, restarted Firefox, restarted my computer and spent 30 minutes on remote desktop access assistance with AOL trying to fix the problem with no success. I can log in to my account using Chrome on the desktop computer and can log in with no problem using my Android phone but can't log in using my desktop computer with Firefox. I've verified that my Firefox version is updated. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice.

Firefox has been my browser of choice for well over 20 years. I have a game I play every day (from FaceBook) just this week when I try to go to it on my laptop - it says your browser does not support WebGL. it has always opened using Firefox - this is a new error message. and the computer is only 5 months old and has Windows 11 on it. I do not want to switch to Google or Edge.

Like I said - opening the app worked every day up until about a week ago. What gives?

Why isn't the Firefox browser supported by many services and social networks? They even state in the warning that Firefox is not supported! Why should users tolerate this?

I have a new laptop and am using Firefox as my browser. But when I'm on Facebook, go to chats it says that video chat isn't supported by this browser. Does Firefox not allow this? I've tried going to permissions to allow Facebook to access my camera and microphone, but unable to do so. How do I use the video chat feature in Facebook chats?

The fonts are not rendering properly on few websites, example(apnetv.xyz), everything was working fine with stable release of v146.

The beta versions were having the same issue, i assumed it was related to Beta releases, so I switched back to stable one. However now firefox has released stable v147, the issue persists. Kindly fix it.
