Said I have installed the wrong pass code, while this was going on- went to sign into Facebook which I saved the password so I would not have to repeat all the time- now I am locked out of Facebook- them saying something like " I was scrolling to fast and pasting to fast"- not sure what they mean by that- but can you clear up these issue or offer some advise. Apple had my husband re-install software on Apple I phone 14 Pro- and it keeps stopping after a short distance of installation- and I need the phone for my cochlear implant- for the program on the i phone- thank you if you can help.

I would like sign in using a Yubi Key, and without using a smart phone. (this should also include having a spare Yubi Key) The whole reason I got a Yubi Key is I don't have or want a smart phone (I do have one but it sits a home doing nothing). I also don't think its a wise move to have my login mechanism that authenticates me on an internet accessible general computing device. If that gets compromised then my account is compromised.
But when I tried to add 2FA to my account it asks me to use an authentication app. I stopped there when I get to my phone I might try and see if I can get around it. I don't want to use an authentication app I just want to use a Yubi Key.
Also what will happen to my account if one day my phone just stops working or I lose it?
