Even in the notification setting found under privacy and security there are no sites listed, however, I am continuing to get banner notifications even after uninstalling the browser.

When I creat a new bookmarks they are not automatically put in alphabetical order but instead are placed in the ned. Why not put them in order when they are made? Anyway, I tried to use the option that allows me to sort bookmarks alphabetically but nothing happens. This used to work but not now. I am using 137.0.1 (aarch64)

When I put my laptop to sleep, websites I am logged into are often logged out when I return. Note that I don't close Firefox. The tabs generally reopen but require login again. Windows 11, Firefox 137.0.1

For example, I put my laptop to sleep for lunch. When I returned, tabs were there, but I was logged out of gmail, Discord, and a website I was logged into.

This seems to happen more frequently recently, but not every time, as far as I know. But this is a relatively new problem, possibly related to a new laptop. Occasionally I get a message that there is trouble restoring my session.

I was trying to go to ssa.gov, today, and hit the button to login. When I did that, I got a 400 page saying: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I have done this before, and it worked. To test if it was a problem with the web page or the browser, I did it from another browser (Brave), and it loaded fine. Is Firefox sending a bad request? Is this something you can fix.

I am using Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 137.0.1 (64 bit).

I have removed Firefox and installed fresh the latest version 137.0.1 to address the issue of not being able to start a new tab or a new window. I am writing this from the initial window that opens when Firefox is launched. If I try to open a new tab it will hang with the blue circle displaying. If I click anywhere on the window if will grey out the background and display the error message :

Firefox is not responding

if you close the program, you might lose information

-> Close the program -> Wait for the program to respond

Tried waiting and it never comes back. Only option is to close the program. After that there is a message that is reporting the issue to Microsoft.

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. Since the last update, I believe, because this error occurs constantly and with EVERY video. This is often, not always, the case immediately after updating FF. Now it was fine for a while, but now it's so bad that I'm having trouble watching YT videos properly. Reason: Browser open, logged in to YT. I click on a video to play - video opens, plays maybe 10 to 20 seconds, then playback stops spinning top, I also found out during the last glitch after update that if I switch the resolution briefly, higher or lower doesn't matter - important is to leave the current resolution and switch to another one. And oh wonder - immediately, instantly with the change, the video starts playing. If I wait for this - without doing anything myself, it sometimes takes 30 - 40 seconds for the video to start ... sometimes it just "hangs" ... This is extremely annoying - if it doesn't work, I have to switch browsers... What is also extremely annoying is that it occurs almost regularly after an update ... until the next one possibly, for unknown reasons, does not fix the error, but sometimes mitigates it. Now, however, the disruption/interruption is so massive and totally annoying that I'm thinking of switching. I'm just tired of it ...

I've been trying to set up 2fA on my firefox account, the whole process seems to work, I downloaded the backup codes and entered one to confirm and then got confirmation that 2FA was enabled (see screenshot). However, after reloading the page 2fA is shown as being disabled and indeed if I try to log out then in again I'm not asked for a code. I've tried this a couple of times now and it does the same every time. The auth app I'm using is Aegis.

Does anyone knows why this is happening ? Thanks.

[Edit: I just saw that after each time I tried to set it up, in "recent account activity" I add an error saying "Two-step authentication failed" which doesn't really makes sense...]

     my screen either freezes w the display or turns black.  In both cases, my mouse and keyboard
     won't work.  Thus, i have to re-boot to fix.  Even Control-Alternate-Delete won't work to get out

    Hey, either one of those two buttons won't stop blocking my top RH corner of the screen.  It's rediculous.
    Even after i hit <Download>, the same pop-up shows up again n again.  Same w <Dismiss>.

    Just remind me once per week.  And don't crash my PC!!!

4. There is no 'Community' info on this annoying update pop-up problem. Just stop it!

Ok for some reason any of my browsers tabs are crashing I just do whatever it is whether i search or watch movie and after some time 'Gah! your tab crashed' and it's pretty annoying, my discord happens to restart it self and I've exhausted literally anything from re-installing, deleting caches folders absolutely anything.

Hello there！ I recently updated Firefox to 137.0.1. But the update doesn't automatically display the status bar when you hover over the bottom of the page. I had to resize Firefox to make it full screen to display the status bar properly. This makes it difficult for me to use Firefox. I'm pretty sure this is due to a version update. This problem occurred after I updated the Firefox browser, during which time my Windows system was not updated. Is there any solution? Or how can I download a previous version of the browser?
