When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

For 24 hours now I have not been able to connect to Facebook via Firefox browser on my laptop at all. I can connect on my phone, but not my laptop. I've made sure there are no extensions on my browser, my firewall is off, all cookies and cache have been cleared, I even Uninstaller Firefox and reinstalled it. When I try to bring up Facebook, nothing happens. It won't even bring the page up. All other websites work fine. I can't even bring up Facebook to clear the caches in Facebook per the troubleshooting guide. It says to open Dacwbook and click the lock on the address bar, but I can't even open Facebook. What am I missing here?

I know I'm probably not in the right platform to be requesting a feature, but I hope you can add support for this website because I can't do video calls on facebook through firefox and I have to use a different browser to do so. Please add this feature as soon as possible. Thanks!

For the past two days I haven't been able to get past the recaptcha on several sites (Facebook, Instagram). I have tried all the workarounds other users have provided and what Google has offerd to no avail. I'm also having a difficult time accessing my hotmail acct from Firefox as well. I don't seem to have this issue with either of these problems if I move to a different browser. Firefox has always been my main (and only) browser, yet more and more often I seem to have issues anymore. What the F is going on? Would appreciate any help I can get. Again, I've tried removing Ad Blockers from these sites and even turned off the 'Enhanced Tracking' thing on the address bar; none of this works.

Trying to access search Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply gives errors. Works with Chrome. Started about 2 weeks ago or so. I use Starlink, no VPN, tried disabling Ad Blocker, Clearing cache for Lowes, no Add ons, but still doesn't help.

Error msg from Tractor Supply is: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/catalog/lawn-garden?" on this server.

I use Firefox 150.0. Flightradar24.com reports that my browser doesn't support WEbGL2. However it reports that Firefox supports WebGL2 since version 51.

Gmail will suddenly not open in Firefox with error saying there's a problem with my cookie settings--i did not change settings and cannot find any way to fix this. See attached image. I follow link in error message for "browser specific instructions" to fix it but there are no instructions.

Gmail opens in Edge and Chrome. I've spent some real time on this, cleared system memory, checked cookie settings wherever i can find them. Searched for tips online. Did Google do this on it's own to force me to use their browser? Wouldn't surprise me.

I've used Firefox for 10-15 years but recently it started not opening some web pages on corporate websites, which I assumed was a problem with the site. When I told my techs, they tried the sites from other browsers they use and it was working fine. So I tried from my laptop (it's 4 months old, Windows 11) using MS Edge and no problem, previously blocked sites now working. I've scanned Firefox settings but can't resolve. Any suggestions?

I use Firefox as my default browser. This week, I noticed that I no longer have the option to copy text from my email unless I open it in a separate window and pop it out. This has greatly reduced my ability to work since I have to copy and paste text from emails numerous times per day. I have experimented on other browsers and I am still able to do it when I use Chrome and Microsoft Edge. How can I fix this so I don't have to stop using Firefox?

Moved from Windows to Mac and now facing this issue, so it seems to be a Firefox + Mac OS compatibility issue.

Have turned on screen recording permissions in Mac settings and some other accessibility permissions that have been suggested and nothing helps.

Will need to use a different browser just to screen share.

I could not get into my Fidelity Investments account today. (I signed up last week using same computer w/Firefox) I got to the login page but Fidelity gave me a "can't complete at this time, try again" notice. So I called them up and they suggested I use chrome. I don't want to use chrome. I tried reentering with the VPN off and on. No go.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

  Firefox is currently my "default" browser.  I am running the most current updated Firefox browser.  I am using a desktop iMac with OS of Tahoe 26.1     
  It appears since the latest few updates (on Firefox) over the last week or so, I can no longer log in to my online banking.  I am able to enter my username and password (I'm using the 1Password app on this desktop and my iOS).  After entering my username and password, the progress wheel just spins and spins and nothing further happens.  The screen just sits there and does not progress to the next webpage allowing entry to my banking.  I know that it is a problem with the Firefox browser.   When I log in to my online banking using Chrome, I have no issues, it logs right in.  
  What is going on?   Please advise.  I'm thinking about ditching Firefox and going with Chrome or Safari.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

The website opens normally in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and on mobile devices, but some users have reported that it either loads very slowly or does not open correctly in Mozilla Firefox.

I have already checked:

However, the issue still seems to occur for some Firefox users.
