Facing these issues on video/educational platforms other than YouTube. I am not facing either of these issues on other browsers like Microsoft Edge, on the same network. Please let me peacefully watch my educational videos, else I'll have to switch to other browsers and encourage others to do the same. I have a lot of respect for your open-source community-based browser, but such errors are causing intolerable pain. PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.

I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

Hello there.

Since last update i'm unable to browse websites like youtube, social media and all other websites with video content. Video often fails to load,the wholewebsite is not loading, freezes while played or while exiting full screen mode. All of these freezes the browser - the site cannot be refreshed, links does not work. The only way is to close the tab with the freezed page or kill the Firefox process in windows Task Manager. Refreshing, re-installing, deleting or using different profile don't work. Same with add-ons. Seems like the issue lies within the browser and it started to appear since last update.

"I’ve been having trouble with choppy YouTube videos in Firefox. It happens on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. My system is running Windows 10, and I’ve already tried disabling hardware acceleration and clearing my browser cache. The issue persists even when I’m in Safe Mode. When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

No audio on Firefox. Google Chrome has sound. Settings at normal audio volumes. Tried computer shut off and re-boot. Tried reload of Firebox.but that didn't help. Had scam attempt just before no audio issue...not sure if that problem.

Unable to play a video on Hulu with my own Hulu account, which I have had no issues in the past doing, even with all my ad blockers and trackers enabled (Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, AdBlocker Ultimate, Ghostery, and Malwarebytes). I have tried disabling all of the above extensions, refreshing the website and still no luck. My internet speed is fine, I checked it through 3 different internet speed testers to verify Also checked my Wifi signal through our Google Home portal. I've searched online for solutions and haven't found anything new to help or in the Mozilla Support forum. My computer/laptop is up to date on all updates and software. Appreciate any support, thank you!

When I listen to music via Firefox, my computer goes into sleep mode after 15 minutes (windows close and password is required)^)^. I've looked everywhere to find a solution to this problem, but I can't find one... Can you help me?

When I watch Downton Abbey on PBS from outside the U.S, using the Firefox VPN in a Private Window the Closed Captions of the PBS video are displayed TWICE: one above the timeline and the other above it.

This issue is specific to this particular show AND to the Firefox browser.

Each time a video call comes in, the message on messenger, says Video calling is not supported on this browser. I've gone to the browser settings and cannot find anything that would change this. Help.
