As title，it's unable to remove check mark in use of primary password. and not able to disable the primary password. could you please help it out? thanks.

My Macbook Air is running iOS 10.12.6, so how am I meant to update Firefox, as the TSB bank says I must to use their online software? Firefox is apparently no longer supported below iOS 10.14. I can't upgrade my iOS. What do I do? I'm 75 years old and dont need all this!

For a few weeks now, Firefox has been often freezing a webpage for 5-10 seconds during browsing. It mostly happens when going back to the previous page, but also when clicking a link or doing a google search. For those 10 seconds, you can't do anything on the page; no clicking other links or selecting text.

I've already tried: - troubleshoot mode; it still happens when all extensions are turned off - turning on/off hardware acceleration - creating new places databes - updating to the newest version

What can i do to fix this?

When i go to google.com and enter search query the tab "hangs" for about 10 seconds before the next page starts to load Same issue on 2 separate machines (1 intel laptop, 1 amd pc) both on newly installed windows 11 pro

what i've tried: safe mode, disabling hardware acceleration, disabling antivirus (kaspersky, without any browser plugins or safe browsing) , but the issue persists

Since the latest version of firefox installed when I go to this site for my mail Firefox won't auto fill the email address. It won't display any of the users When you tab to the password field, the list appears but only populates the password field.

I have A LOT of problems with FF since the last couples of updates. It started around two months ago and after one of the updates (and FF has constant updates which is pretty annoying) the browser immediately starting getting really slow and buggy. The browser keeps crashing constantly, is slow, loading websites end in "network cannot be found" notices and you need to reload pages all the time to get them to load, videos play in the background by themselves on saved tabs without being activated or started.... The redesign of the menu some time back, btw, have gone to worse as it's now more difficult to find the active tab than before.

I've followed all instructions to try and resolve it and nothing works. I have no virus or downloads on the system so this is not the cause. Plugins activated or not activated makes no difference. Changing settings in FF to whatever suggested makes no difference, using about: to change settings makes no difference.

The browser has really turned almost unusable.

We have tried uninstalling Firefox both through the Control Panel and using IO Bit uninstaller but the issue persists.

For the past few days the website 'dictionary.com' does not load on Firefox (I'm using a laptop with Windows 10). The screen reads "Unexpected Application Error! aN.findLast is not a function". I've deleted all cookies and caches, but the problem still is occurring. Help!

This is the same problem listed below. Recently upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS and Firefox 117.0 a few weeks ago and can't get the files to attach. In fact it won't open the file system. Tried removing all extensions as suggested and rebooting, but nothing changed.

A few days ago a friend set up a new computer for me which has Windows 11. I thought he installed Mozilla Firefox for Windows 11, but I'm not sure if he did it correctly. How do I find out if it was installed for Windows 11? Thank you!

I hoped the problem was solved with Firefox 117.0. But still YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts on Firefox 117.0 getting slower and jerky / stuttering. I have 15-20 tabs open and one to five of them are YouTube tabs. After refreshing Firefox (Settings -> Help -> More troubleshooting information -> Refresh Firefox), it is OK, but only for a short while. Then the problem starts again. Same YouTube videos are running fine with Chrome at the same time.

RAM use of Firefox goes up to over 5 GB.

A setting I would like to change in both Firefox Beta and Thunderbird Beta is "grayed out" and has a lock next to it preventing change. What configuration file(s) do I look for to find where they have been locked, so I can unlock them and change the setting? Thank you.

Playing media volume is low. In-page volume is maxed (eg. YouTube video controls). OS Master volume is maxed.

But the volume of the Firefox in Windows Volume Mixer is a fragment of the volume set. If I adjust it to max, it jumps to a fragment of it. If I adjust it to lower, it gets even lower, like a percentage of what I actually set. The level I actually set gets a grayed out slider button, and the actual slider button slides to this lower level. See the screenshot in the attachment.

It may sound like an OS issue, but as I understand, this is the output level set by the application (Firefox, in this case). Rebooting the OS doesn't help.

Copy & Paste not working in Whatsapp Web page. I've cleared cache, rebooted etc. Copy & Paste works perfectly in Edge browser to its certainly a Firefox problem.
