When I go on eBay the first website page is fine. However when I click on a link to a product I get weird web pages with a heading "breadcrumb" and the page comes out with only a few images and this strange lot of directional arrows. When I paste the webpage address into another webpage exactly the same problem. When I paste the address into Chrome, no problem, the page comes up correctly with all the images and not this weird page I get with Firefox. I prefer to use Firefox and I would really rather not have to change to Chrome or MS Edge.

I didn't always have this problem, it seemed to have been more recently and seems to be only with eBay. I imagine it's something in the settings that somehow switched and I need to switch it back.

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with Firefox and could use some help. When I use the Babbel application (and sometimes other websites), the page doesn't display at all. Even when I refresh, nothing changes. However, when I open the same link in Google Chrome, it works perfectly.

I tried logging in with a brand-new Firefox account, and the page displays without any issues. So, I suspect that one of my extensions might be causing this problem on my main account.

However, I don't want to delete my cookies because it's really inconvenient to re-enter the passwords for websites I use frequently.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can identify the extension or setting that might be causing the issue without having to delete my cookies?
