I've been having an issue logging into Gmail using Firefox. I've used both Gmail and Firefox for years and have never had a problem, but I now get stuck in an endless loop on the Gmail login page. I select my account, enter my password, then get sent back to the account selection page.

The problem seems to be relating to me trying to link two Gmail addresses so that mail from one is forwarded to the other. I set up one account this way without any issue, but when I went to do it with a different account, I got an error code. After that, I was logged out of Gmail in Firefox and haven't been able to log back in.

Things I've tried so far:

• Using a different browser. I can log in without issues in Chrome.
• Logging in with a different method. Neither my password nor my passkey work.
• Logging in with a different Gmail account. All of my accounts seem to be stuck in this way.
• Disabling all my extensions. This doesn't help.
• Clearing Firefox's cache. No luck here.
• Restarting Firefox and restarting my PC. Turning it off and on again doesn't fix it.
• Contacting Google support. They said they think it's a browser issue as I don't have any problems using Chrome.
• Using Firefox's private browsing mode. This does work and I can log in to Gmail. However, I don't know exactly what the problem is because I've disabled all my extensions and cleared the cache in regular browsing mode and still can't log in that way.

So I have a partial solution (using Firefox's private browsing mode) but it's not a long-term fix. What else can I try? Has anyone else seen this problem before and been able to fix it?

Hello, I'm using samsung odyssey g7 32' monitor connected to my laptop with a rtx 2060. The monitor is connected with a minidisplay port to display port cable. The problem doesn't occur on the laptop screen but it does on the samsung screen. The flickering stops when i make the window a little smaller. I am using KDE plasma 6.0.3 but the problem was also present when i was using Hyprland as my desktop enviroment. I tried troubleshoot mode but nothing changed. I am seeking help. Thanks.

The page https://www.stardock.com/products/groupy/update opens during the loading of the OS background processes. I have looked up on the windows task manager, the about:config and haven't found anything related to this process.

Once updated Firefox all old tabs didn't open ( and it was not possible to restore them anymore). So I'd like to restore all old tabs of yesterday session. Really important for my work. Looking forward to hearing from you asap. Regards, Orlando.

Hi there, my name is Alvimutmex. Every time a webpage loads with the Mozilla browser, a "not supported" message appears. Upon examining the settings, I found that Mozilla has to be updated. Can someone please answer how to reset firefox size after you've been using a bigger screen and go back to the laptop the top bar is lost way up and I cant catch it to move it to resize the firefox window. Using Fn and F11 to go into maximize mode doesnt help me at all cuz I end up in full screen on the FHD screen but cant grab and drag the window to resize it again - and please NO comments about using FN and F11 again. This is an issue thats been since years - cant figure out why ppl who are tryin to help think others dont know the difference between maximization and the window being bigger than the laptop screen and being lost. So FIREFOX key-shortcut for window size reset URGENT PLEASEEEE - Im having this issue couple times a week. To fix it I gotta go again to the bigger screen reduce the size of the window and then disconnect - which is soooo horrible.

I've been noticing that when I click History > Clear Recent history, after clicking and going back to History, it hasn't removed everything. I have Firefox on my Android phone which is set to clear history upon close. For for unknown reasons, its leaving sites from both desktop and phone apps after clearing.

I'm running Firefox v 115.9.1esr on my Mac.

Any ideas?

I use Firefox as my browser but since yesterday I am unable to use it. Each time I click on the firefox icon I am directed to a French Microsoft browser - are you able to help?

I have many tabs open at the same time and I'm noticing tabs from Urban Dictionary in particular are automatically changing to suspicious sites, quite a few porn sites in fact.

Is this something Urban Dictionary is doing to direct viewers to sponsors or is there a bug in my FF browser?

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?

I just bought a new laptop and downloaded Firefox as I have used it for years. Although I imported my passwords and they are correct it will not log in to sites I need for work. It isn't telling me I have the wrong pw or id, it just does nothing.

I have updated windows, I have uninstalled and reinstalled....I don't know what else to do...any suggestions?

Accidentally closed browser with many multiple tabs open. Tried to restore history but option was grayed out. Tried several times but was not able to get back to the original browsing window with the multiple open tabs.

Would really appreciate help on this, if possible, as the many multiple tabs contained family history research that will be difficult to impossible to duplicate.

HI, I'm trying to move the text to below the picture as in the screenshot of the popup (black back ground) on the non-popup pages because the mobile is not in popup, and the text is blocking the artwork as well. Is there a section to move the text outside of the picture? Thank you!

Firefox Version: 124.0.2 (64 bit) Windows Version: Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (Version 1809)

When I right click the taskbar and press close Firefox, here comes the interface just as the screenshot uploaded. The blue close button doesn't response no matter how I click it and the Firefox's taskbar is flashing yellow. This bug only occurs on the first window of Firefox and only when user right click the taskbar.

It has been a long time for me wishing that some updates would be released soon to fix this issue, while noting happens. Or this bug is only for me?

I installed an OBS plug-in for a virtual camera so that I could film my screen and pretend it's a webcam. I was able to use the virtual camera or my webcam on spelltable.com by selecting either from the dropdown "allow" menu. One day, I was no longer able to select my webcam. I could only select the obs virtual camera. I switched to MS Edge which worked as normal. I've uninstalled OBS and all plug-ins. Same result I've reinstalled firefox. Same result. I've been using MS Edge for websites that need my camera.

I have windows 11 and the firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

My Firefox recently updated to version 124.0.2. Afterwards my taskbar shortcut broke, so I pinned a new one manually (right-clicked Firefox in start menu > open file location.) When I opened Firefox it had reset the primary profile to be default, so I changed it back to my BetterFox profile. Since then I've run into several oddities, such as Firefox crashing when it's running in the background, getting an error saying "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window," when I try to open it, invisible shortcuts in my taskbar(see image) and my bookmark visibility resetting from always to only in new tab every time I start up Firefox. Please help me.
