i have a firefox account on my old windows 10 computer. Firefox is having trouble "finding that site" for some sites I've used for years. I've checked internet settings in Firefox, reset my WIFI router, etc. with no response for connectivity. But I really guess I don't know what or where to check... Thought it was a VPN setting, not fixed. What should I try to find and correct my problem?? Ray ([edited email from public forum])

How do I set up Firefox to remember my login security approval for websites (for instance JPMorgan Chase Bank). Chase Bank used to remember, but now I have to verify my identity each time I log in to Chase Bank.

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

Printing will not show up when I select print, only save shows. What can I do? When I use a different browser it works fine. Only when I use Mozilla, I can't print.

I run the current version on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop using Windows 11 Pro. Today, I tried to open my profile file to back it up, but got the message attached below. I searched my computer and found the file in another location.Should I copy the file to the expected location or not?

When I do try to create, rename or delete a profile, I get the message, "An unexpected error has prevented your changes from being saved".

I have a new Windows 11 PC. I installed Firefox first from the Windows store and had problems adding a second profile. Now, I've downloaded the full installer and still have the problem after multiple uninstalls, deleting the appdata Firefox folder and re-installing. I've also tried to rename the FF folder after encountering the problem and just restarting FF. It seems to create a new folder with profiles, but I can't create or delete the profiles from the profile manager or from about:profiles.

I've also checked that the folders and profiles.ini are not in read-only. I've also tried to manually create profiles or create profiles using the command prompt. Nothing seems to work.

My bookmark features has stopped working. When I click the star, it does not turn blue and I cannot bookmark anything. Is there a fix? I have stuff in the bookmark area and would not like to loose it.

When I use Gemini 3 visual layout function to generate a homepage-like page, but Firefox cannot show any content of the result. It works fine in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Using latest Firefox browser, when I open Google and want to ‘paste’ a word, it will not let me. Instead I get this default message, that I can’t delete. I can type anything I want, but I can’t ‘paste’ a word or words. How to fix please? HP desktop PC Windows 11 64 bit I see there is a 'new' (to me) AI mode icon in the 'same' search window as where you type on the 'right' of the search box. Maybe I just haven't noticed because I didn't have an issue before.

1. Long start up times (do not see this on other browsers) 2. FIrefox often crashes. Browser tells me that a report has been sent. To where? No response. 3. How do I check if my browser is up to date?

What could be causing this? What are my effective actions to increase performance?

I’m new to Firefox and found the Textfox theme on GitHub, which is pretty cool. However, I’m having trouble with the pinned tab size, they’re too small. It seems the theme’s creator fixed this by using Sidebery, but I don’t want to use that extension. Is there a way to change the pinned tab size without Sidebery?

New computer upgrade from MS10 to MS 11 365. I lost all bookmarks for internet locations. How do I retrieve them? Where is the new bookmark access icon on the Firefox home screen?
