Windows 11 Firefox crashed on opening continuously so unable to safe open etc. Did update intel graphics to no avail. Uninstalled in add programs in settings. Did not choose to delete data. Reinstalled and now can't find my profile.

Gmail, Calendar, YouTube either timeout, or they render in an unusable state that looks like the html engine is broken. However, bringing up firefox in troubleshooting mode is fine. Earlier today I did update Java. Otherwise no difference. Other browsers are also fine. Firefox is my default browser so this is a bit unworkable.

For now, I will use Firefox troubleshooting mode...

I've switch to a new computer and exported and imported my book marks, in json file. I can see them in the library, but I don't know how to get them to display on my sidebar. Help? thanks brian

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

For the past 2 months I've found it very difficult to sign into my Hotmail account using Firefox. Microsoft keep telling me to use a VPN or another device. I like answering emails on my computer because of its large screen. I've tried signing in about 2000 times now. Firefox told me they can't help me because I'm not a Mozilla subscriber even though they own Firefox. Microsoft told me it's Mozilla's problem. Can anyone help me please. John in the Philippines.

I was trying to remove my credit card information and cancel my yearly subscription to Mozilla Monitor Plus that is due to Renew February 21, 2026 for the amount of $107.88. I could not find a way to delete my payment method and/or cancel my subscription.

I searched how to disable any random new AI features Firefox was about to cram into the browser.

I was served this support page that says I can "Block new and current AI features (single switch)"

Simply, the described feature to disable AI features isn't in the settings. I've look and tried searching for "Block AI enhancements" & "AI controls" but no luck.

Please tell me they haven't given the writing of support pages to some shitty LLM.

Things like, "set firefox as your default browser" and "open firefox when you start your computer?".

I don't want pop-ups from ANYBODY, but especially not from the browser. It defeats the whole purpose of blocking pop-ups if the browser itself is interrupting me with garbage I dont need.

How do I turn these off? There don't appear to be any settings, and every google search brings up disabling pop-ups for every other site.

After the latest Firefox update, I could run YouTube without problems for several weeks. Now YouTube will not run. How do I fix this issue? I suspect it is due to an adblocker but not sure!!
