I wanted to use the new VPN feature and the icon initially showed up in the top right, but it has disappeared and is not present in "customise toolbar" or privacy settings either.

I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

I have just had to replace my PC following a bit of a disaster with my old one. The new PC has Windows 11. As usual I downloaded Firefox as I always use this. Somewhere in the installation of Firefox I must have been asked about blocking ads, but I don't remember. Now all ads are blocked, which I don't mind, but some sites are asking me to disable my ad-blocker if I want to use their site. Mostly I don't but there is one I need to use, so I would like to add that site as an exception, but I cannot find any mention of any ad-blocker in settings. Where do I find this? and how do I add exceptions?

The only add-on that I have in Firefox is the 'Privacy Badger' which could be the problem I suppose, but I can't see the website listed in the ones Privacy Badger is blocking.

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

When opening a new window on firefox I see a "homepage" (No URL offered at the top of the page), offering some helpful, frequently used shortcut icons followed by a number of headings, i.e. : Popular Today, Connections, Featured Videos, etc., providing image/links to stories from various "news" or "interest" websites, which I can click on to view. Opening a number of these sites in order to view the advertised "story" require setting up a free, or paywall account/membership, etc.. How can I eliminate these undesirable/unwanted options from being "offered" or shown on my firefox homepage? Something may look interesting, but I'm not one to sign up, or pay to view these opportunities. I see where I can eliminate entire Categories, but what I'm trying to do is block, or eliminate the "offer to view" what I deem "unwanted offers to sign up to view this "story". Can this "Junk/Bait" be eliminated from my homepage on a site by site basis? As examples: CNN, Wired", "the cut", among others. Can the page be configured to eliminate the offering of "Non-Free", "Non-Membership", "Non-Signup" Sites? (Apologies for my lack of appropriate semantics, I'm just a user, not an Internet Expert, developer, or or software-savvy person.) As an aside, is there a way to contact a real live human person at Mozilla/Firefox to assist with issues like this, or answer related questions. All I seem to find are circular links to "Contact Mozilla", which bring me to unrelated FAQ databases, and user forums, etc., where I find I'm unable to get an answer to the question asked? I have been very happy since installing Firefox as my search engine. Yahoo has hijacked this, and when searching my laptop, it does not seem to exist, but all the searches are headed with a yahoo tab. How do I resolve this problem? Regards Barry

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even when set to 480p. The audio continues to play normally. This issue does not happen in Chrome on the same laptop.

The problem started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11. Restarting Firefox did not resolve the issue. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

When I try to attach file via drag & drop, the Firefox always display "Download file" as attachment. I don't know why because it properly worked before. but after some updates, drag & drop is not working.

The version of Jira at my office is not changed for years(v8.12.1#812002-sha1:7c28d59) and drag & drop is working via Chrome, Edge and etc.

ive been testing out the VPN to see what all it can do but the data never seems to go down, which....im not complaining about xD but i also dont wanna get stuck with a big bill. has anyone else experienced this?

When I try to Login or Change Password there is no OTP Emails received from Mozilla contact emails.

I tried multiple way but still nothing received.

Since new update the firefox logo is appearing on my home page and new tab pages, how do I remove it? I changed the setting to false and it still does not go away.

With the profile system, which I just used to try and fix another problem. Deleting them doesn't work I've tried manually deleting the profiles as well but they still show up in the UI and it just recreates the folder again if you try to delete it or open it. If you use the UI to try and delete it the instance and page it opens is simply blank. And now the profile I'm trying to delete isn't open. I'm trying to delete it from "original profile" and when I do it opens the a new instance of firefox with the profile I'm trying to delete with in the address bar: about:deleteprofile but the screen is empty.
