We use stripe as our payment processor on our website when collecting donations (https://effectivealtruism.org.au/). As of a couple of days ago, we are having multiple customers receiving the below error when they try to submit their payment (after entering all card details and completing the captcha). Stripe have advised that the issue is related to 3DS with our customers bank accounts. However, we think we have identified that this problem is actually related to customers using the Firefox browser. We have been able to process test donations with no issues using chrome but receive the same error using Firefox with the same card details.

So, whenever I select an Adobe Community/Forum help link, like this: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/how-to-set-default-font-in-indesign/m-p/11092203

The web page "blinks" the requested Adobe destination page - but then provides an error page (see page-clip image attached here) and no destination result. It does not require login - I should be able to see the topic in the Adobe Community (HelpX) page.

But either Adobe or Firefox is preventing me from seeing the page. Please advise. Firefox is my default browser. When I copy link and paste-and-go in Chrome, it works as expected - I see the page.

I'm no longer able to share multiple documents through Dotloop. For years if you click mutliple files a new button pops up that says share and allows you to send all that has been checked, as of today I can say that no longer happens. I tried in Edge and it still works fine. See attached images, one from Firefox the other Edge

I've been having an issue with Youtube lately where whenever I'm logged into my Youtube account and have subtitles on, it won't ever show them. I haven't changed these settings at all recently, so I'm not sure what's causing it. For some reason, this is a non-issue when I'm logged out of my account as the subtitles automatically work when I'm not signed in. So I know it isn't an issue of there being no subtitles option for the videos I'm watching.

Is there some way to fix this?

Some websites only load when in focus, how to fool them?

Examples are often financial websites, like chase.com

For example, if I type in my username and password then switch to a different tab with chase.com in background, it doesn't seem to load. When I return to the tab it will begin loading only then, like the tab was suspended in time until it was active on one of my monitors again. This also happens when my session dies in the 5 or so minutes time to live. The logout doesn't actually render/reload the page until I switch back to it's tab.

I can surmise this is some type of either security measure or bandwidth saving tactic, but I'd like to know if there are ways to fool whatever scripts it's using to check if the user has the tab active or not, and make such tabs always load successfully even when not active or in focus.

Any known settings flags or addons to assist here? Even weird ones like loading the page to the sidebar or something?

For the Last two months Firefox is not working on the below two site but the same site works properly in Chrome, Edge, opera, kindly see what is the issue we professionals as Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountant always use below sites but from last 2 months both the below sites are not working. when we trying to login, the site automatically logout and login. On various websites, only on firefox, *some* of the math symbols appear as squares. As a mathematician, this is quite annoying and now I have to switch browsers until I get a fix. Please help!

Win 11. I cannot open MSN Homepage from FIREFOX, and it isn't showing any Search Box. MSN is there in EDGE [which I hate]. I can use BOOKMARKS to get to MICROSOFT COMMUNITY and OUTLOOK, but GOOGLE MAPS doesn't go beyond the Street Level. I'm not aware of any changes to your package. In my office this morning, MSN worked fine [Win 10].

Add address in search bar I get "ERROR OCCURRED" It seems something on my end is blocking this ip. Cannot ping from pc or router. 1 website, meijer.com won't load searches for an item. If I ask for for vegetable oil or any other item, it goes to a blank page. No problem using Edge, just Firefox. I now have FF 111.0.1 but it's been going on for 2 months now so it's not just 111.0.1. I clear the cache every day, I've tried safe mode but still have the problem. Any suggestions?

For the past few days I have had a problem where Firefox does not render specific items correctly. This includes the preview of pdf pages on the left hand side when opening a pdf with firefox (not the actual pages itsself just the preview), as well as some of the icons from specific extensions, certain items on maps (for example on google maps) and the list goes on. Im running Firefox on Windows 11 and have never had this problem before. I have the following up to date Version 111.0.1 (64-bit). I recently, at a similar time to this problem appearing changed Browser privacy from standard to strict, but have since changed this back due to the following message under 'strict': "This setting may cause some web sites to not display content or work correctly. If a site seems broken, you may want to turn off tracking protection for that site to load all content." Changing this back however has not fixed the problem. I have attached some images and would appreciate if someone has any ideas what I could do to fix this...

I am having problems viewing some web sites using Firefox 111.0.1 (64-bit) on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1.

It isn't one specific web site, but a number of sites on which I see persistently see the same problem - jumbled, meaningless characters in place of the text. I have attached images of what I am seeing at the Quietus and the CRAN network. The CRAN problem exists across mirrors.

I have tried clearing the cache and cookies.

Any suggestions welcome.

I have been playing a forum-based game for about six months now, via FireFox. I just got a new laptop, and it won't load past the "checking browser" page. It just tells me "This challenge page was accidentally cached by an intermediary and is no longer available."

After running `snap refresh firefox`, many sites I use no longer render any text.

Via some fiddling via the developer console, it appears to be that any text with `font-family: Helvetica`. Removing that CSS restores the text, adding it removes the text.

There's a fix for CVE-2023-29537 in this release that affects font initialization - possibly related?

Recently I can no longer log into Houzz from Firefox. Previously I've accessed Houzz from Firefox for many years without any problem. I contacted Houzz and they recommend using Google Chrome, and logging into Houzz from Chrome is no problem. But I am a devoted Firefox user. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hello All After a Best Buy install of a new SS drive I am having trouble recovering firefox. FF loads ok but it is just a blank page. When I try to go anywhere it complains of an SSL error. I have been happily using FF for a long while so I have had no interaction with Microsoft for some time but it seems they are trying to force me to use chrome or edge and the oh so wonderful Bing. I am still looking for an answer but having to use chrome which I am unfamiliar with. any help appreciated Thanks
