Hello, On March 1, I worked with the Mozilla help team to create a recovery key. Now that I need it, it says it is an MS Dos executable file, and that I can't run that file on my computer. I have tried a few workarounds from google, but really I just need my recovery key. I thought maybe this was because wordpress is no longer available on Windows PCs but I can't open it in word either, it just keeps saying it's an MS Dos executable file.

I really need the recovery key because I can't access anything on one of my computers. Can you assist?

To set up a Passkey, it says to enter a pin, which it then says I can find and change in Settings. I can't find any of it because my Mozilla account, even though I'm not doing anything, says it has timed out. Please help me locate my PIN. Thank you

This is common lately. On a website they say we will send you an email to validate your email. This was with Costco for one. I click in the box so they can send me an email, then I go look and there is no email. Tried many times to no avail. Other websites too, like, click the save 10% coupon then we will send it to your email entered on the website. No email received. By the way it doesn't seem to be a pop up blocker issue.

I received an email saying that someone had signed into my account. I want to secure my account and don't know how? I'm also not sure the email is real and isn't a scam and don't want to click on any email links...

I know nothing about computers, I am 80 years old. I have been trying to get authenticator for weeks. i DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT !!! CAN YOU SHOW ME ? I am deaf and have no phone. I only use facebook, messenger and yahoo e-mail, plus play pch games. Thanks for any help

Are you aware if there is any reason why firefox seems not to work with https://mycambridge.sso.cambridge.org/ in combination with the google authenticator app. I'd be most grateful for advice, as a longtime firefox devotee, who has to remember to use an alternative browser for this particular combination. Dear Supprot, I keep getting an alert when logging into some of my websites with a box security use key, its becoming very annoying indeed! I tried all my PW keys nothing is working. I just want this gone cause it is very troubling I don't remember even setting it up. It is a big pain! Request comes from Firefox Mozilla use security key/touch your key. I really want to eliminate this method since I have a new and different one to use..
