after reinstalling the OS, Firefox stopped synchronizing most of the data. Bookmarks were not transferred, and passwords and extensions were transferred less than half

As in subject ... None of my bookmarks (for instance) in my previous browser on an other computer will show up. I have tried to manually sync but nothing happens ...

Firefox won't sync anything since a while back, maybe since two months back, I am unable to force sync. Clearing cashe, uninstalling the app, relogging both phone and pc, neither of these syncs bookmarks across the devices. I am able to send tabs in-between the devices. Biggest issue is I can't save bookmarks on one device and expect them to be available on my other device Nokia 7.2

I logged out of my Firefox account, then reformatted my PC.

After reinstalling Windows 11, I installed Firefox on the PC computer.

When I signed in to Firefox, I expected to see my saved tabs just like I had seen them before. There is no sign of any of my previous tabs.

All my previous Shortcuts and Bookmarks are all fine.

How do I restore the previous tabs?

It's seems my acount lost everything after i reset the password , now i don't have my booksmarks anymore and i don't have all my saved password it apper as new acount

Hello, when I first switched from google chrome to Firefox I could not figure out how to create one browser with two profiles like I had with chrome. So I went to about:profiles and created two separate browsers not realizing you all had an option to create two profiles under one browser. I finally figured out how to have to profiles under one browser by going here https://www.tech2geek.net/how-to-use-the-new-updated-profile-manager-in-firefox-2025/#google_vignette but I can not figure out how to sync the google chrome profile that I had previously to this new profile under the same browser. How do I sync this? I hit sync and nothing changed. I am signed in and I can not figure out how to get the browser profile to sync with this new profile under one browser. I really hate how Firefox named both of these Profiles because it is extremely hard to explain this situation.

Hi, I created mozilla account and turned on synchronization to save my passwords, history, etc. After I done it, I formatted my pc. Now I've just downloaded mozilla and log in to my account to see that NONE of my data were saved... How is it even possible? I turned synchronization on and then selected which data I want to save. Will you be able to help my with that?

Hi. I am trying to migrate Firefox from my wife's laptop to her new one, using sync. I've followed the instructions, set up sync on the old one, then set up sync on the new one with the same account. Nothing changes! Where am I going wrong? Or will I have to do a manual transfer instead?

My bookmarks on my laptop has lost 90% of my bookmarks. I try to sync with my PC but nothing happens and the laptop remains the same. I've tried closing the browser and logout and login again but nothing changes. I've turn of the laptop and turning on still nothing. How can I be log in and see a different layout, it doesn't make any sense. The only thing I have change on this laptop is down loaded a new version of CClean. Which I have already done the day before on my PC. I've attached a copy of both screens 743 is from my PC and the other 534 is from my laptop.

Instructions everywhere say to open Firefox on mobile, select the options menu, and select "Sync and save your data." However, "Sync and save your data" does not exist. I cannot sync my passwords from mobile to my desktop.

New computer. Cannot import bookmarks or passwords. cannot save bookmarks or passwords. Will be forced against my will to use Microsoft. Sync won't easily connect old computer to new. Only computer to phone. Help ! old win 10 new win 11

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

How can I transfer open tabs from my old computer to my new one? Syncing is enabled, and the sync tabs checkbox is checked, but the tabs aren't syncing on the new device. I also couldn't find any separate function to load tabs.
