Recently several sites, including Zoom.us and Genesis.com, no longer work in Firefox on my PC running Windows 11. For example, when I log into Zoom spinning wheel indicating the system is working keeps spinning and never lets me enter my password. Yet if I use Edge everything works as it should. I really want to be able to keep using Firefox as my default browser.

I have forgotten the purpose of the green outline around the page's border. What does it do and how to turn on, after turning it off. Thanks in advance. Let me know if this is an extension or some other feature. Thanks, JJE

I don't know what the problem. When I go to the Al-Jazira website, the front page come up briefly, then goes blank to an empty pages display. https://www.aljazeera.com/ still shows in the address bar, but the page is empty. If I access the site in MS Edge, it works as expected. Where should I look to fix this in settings?

When browsing on IMDb (see image attached) when I click on the "See All" button just above "Soundtrack" at the bottom of the image nothing happens. This should expand the list above it, in the case an actor's credits. I have NoScript 13.5.2 installed but all scripts are allowed here. I get this on all the IMDb pages.

05/20/2025 twitch streams stopped working, image disappeared, sound is there. Also working videos that are on twitch, not streaming. In windows 10 everything works.

Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.

All of a sudden for the past few weeks or so, I keep getting the message in the attached screenshot when entering words in the search bar and clicking on Google. This never happened before in all the years I've been doing this, so what's up with it and can it be fixed? Thanks.

I've been using Firefox on Mac and PC for many years, and been on Twitter/X for 12 years. Never had a problem before this.

X is now requiring users to enter and verify a 4-digit passcode to be able to use the DM feature. Firefox on Mac won't let me do this. Every time it produces an error message:

"Unable to load encryption module. Please refresh the page and try again."

But when I do it in Safari, or Explorer, or Chrome, it lets me do so.

The problem is, most of my data and resources are on my Macbook, and I have not been able to find a workaround. I've cleared my cache, made sure I'm on the latest version of Firefox, restarted it several times - same thing.

I need to get this fixed. Please help.

Hello. I have a problem with Firefox since today. When I am on YouTube I no longer see the thumbnail image of the video. However, when I am in private browsing it works fine. How can I fix this? Regards, Julian.

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). hello last few days this started.... been in dark mode for years now,,,, on utube trying to add a comment,,, the typing is blacked out so i cant see it until after its posted .. i can search on utube as the text comes out white ,, just while making a comment it is black on black and cant see what i am typing ,,, the comment when posted shows up as white on black .. hope thats easy to fix lol thanks mike

While opening any Google Drive folder, or by opening docs/sheets start page, none of the contents show up. In the bottom left corner there is an error: "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." . No amount of "trying again later" works , but through trial and error (disabling modified settings in another profile) i found the culprit of this error message: in about:config setting called network.http.referer.spoofSource was set to true, setting it to false makes the issue i described above disappear.

While my issue is solved, I still don't understand why on every Firefox profile i create this setting is set to true, and whether changing it is a security concern

To view a new comment on the site UMGF, clicking view on email opened the forum with all info and access included. Now, a very bare bones layout has replaced it rendering it useless. It loads correctly on Chrome however.

When I go to YouTube to watch videos the Vid's always stop after a short time. The refresh page and back buttons do not work and neither does the ability to click on any links on the page. I have to close the tab and start again. The issues still occur on new tabs. Eventually I have to close FireFox altogether but when I try to open FireFox again it does not work or takes a few minutes and sometimes the message Firefox is still running. At times I have had the sound of the videos, when they do play, from YouTube still playing even when the browser is closed.
