On last Firefox update my Password manager was blanked out. I had no username/passwords in my Password Manager although I had previously had over 100. I managed to recover it by logging in to my Mozilla account but now have access to over 7000 of other peoples usernames and passwords on my password manager. You seem to have a major data breech or is this a quirk I don't understand? These other names/passwords show up when I try to log into certain sites, such as Schwab for example, and I have to pick mine out of a host of others to fill in the login info. What is going on?

I’m experiencing the following issue:

When I open Password Manager (about:logins), the page is completely blank.

This problem started about three months ago, after I updated Firefox to a newer version.

Currently, on the about:logins page, I can export all my accounts and passwords as a CSV file (so the data clearly exists), but nothing is displayed on the page itself.

I also tried importing the same CSV file (exported from about:logins) back into Firefox. After importing, all accounts and passwords appear in the left panel. However, when I click on any item, the right panel is still blank. If I close the page and open about:logins again, the items still do not load.

My current Firefox version is 147.0.

How can I solve this problem?

I use LastPass and I cannot open any login information from the vault. I click on "Launch" (picture uploaded) and nothing happens. If I have a site open I can auto-fill the Username/Password. Some of the sites are tailored to a specific page - I rely on this. It works in Edge and Chrome. It did work before today in Firefox (can't say when specifically). Firefox password management disabled.

I have just bought NordPass password manager after seeing it the best recommended on a website. Then I find that Firefox does not recommend it. Does Firefox have a password manager ?

No FireFox icon on my desktop, though icon for Adobe Acrobat, which I just got from FireFox for FREE! Delightful, THANK you very much. How do I access it's Search Engine, which is why came here, sent by the recommendation from my bank's agent, with regards to my passwords FAILING after each new passwords initial acceptance, but told INVALID next time try to use VALIDATED new password. I have my FF preferences setting as "Strict". But somehow Facebook people were able to hack into my FF account, and obtain my password for FB and other passwords? This comes directly from my Firefox preference page Red Warming Box includes & states on Sept 30, 2025 Facebook Hacked & Gained access to my account. Not a person, it states Facebook did it. And to change my FB password ASAP. So I go to my FB account go through their lame motions and they say they will not allow me to do so because I haven't used my account very long and they don't know if it is me trying to change my password. My question is what do I do now and how to prevent any social media outlet of simply hacking into my Mozilla account or my Firefox accounts? Please help. Seems like their should be a law against this type of intrusion gathering save password and etc.

I keep losing passwords on Microsoft and I depend on Mozilla. Is there a way I can print a copy of all my passwords to hold in a file myself in case everything goes wrong. I am 77 years old and a lot of this is just too advanced for me.

We have been unable to find an explanation of what components of the password file data, like created & modified date, can be included nor any formatting requirements. We've read that only the url, username & password are necessary... does that imply that the date/time fields would not be included if provided when imported?

Following the format of an Exported CSV password file seems reasonable... but risky as it could corrupt the existing file?

When on Firefox desktop I can't reveal any passwords. Currently, it's set to prompt for a user login from the computer to reveal a password but it doesn't show the prompt when clicking to reveal a password.

Restarting the browser doesn't seem to work. Restarting the computer doesn't seem to do the trick either. I tried signing out and back in from my Firefox account but that didn't work either. I tried using mobile Firefox and that seems to work properly. Passwords also auto-fill like normal, basically the only thing not working is the password reveal. I'm not exactly sure what I can proceed to try next to fix this.

I'm fed up of all the problems i'm having with Mozilla. i already uninstalled once. i will do it again if you do not allow me to use dashlane and keep putting obstacles in the way. I've been loyal for 10+ years but getting really fed up.
