Hello, Iam using Bitdefender Secure Pass as passwordmanager, but since one or two weeks I have problems with the functionality on the laptop. I just can't open it. It is popping up and closing down immediately. Autofill in is not working as well. This is only when I use firefox, in chrome it is working. And on my mobile it is also working in firefox. I deinstalled and reinstalled the add on in firefox already. Afterwards it worked for a short time, but now it is the same again. Does somebody have experience with Bitdefender and an idea what I could do? Thank you in advance. Sabine

I can't sign in to gmail as I used to for years. (It works ok when I use Private Browsing, but that's inconvenient.)

WHAT USED TO HAPPEN: when I was at the sign in page, my password manager (Dashlane) filled in the username and then a screen asking to use the passkey. I said yes, and got in to Google with no problem.

NOW: the password manager fills in my username (my name at gmail.com) and when I hit "NEXT" in the sign in field I get email or phone l.com When I click in the field that disappears and my username appears. When I hit NEXT it goes back to "email or phone l.com". Same when I hit return. Same when I enter my phone number. SO maybe it's Dashlane (my password manager)? But when I disable that and TYPE my username (or phone number) in the field, same stuff happens.

BUT when I use a private browser window, the gmail sign in works as before, and so that's what I've been using -- but it's not convenient having 2 windows open. Before it was just a tab in one window. What changed? Why? Can I change it back? Thanks!

So I read on the website bato.to manhwas and at frist it was everything fine but then most of the page doesn't load I don't know why it's just half of the manhwa

I'm trying to add the Adobe Acrobat extension for some forms since I prefer it over the app, but it does not seem to be available in Firefox's extension add-ons. The instructions I found from Adobe themselves don't seem to account for the most recent version (unclear which version I have, I got it off the microsoft store) and there's a FAQ board saying the extension is only available for versions 73 and older. Is it simply not available for me or am I not looking hard enough? Thanks!

For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

I always use the middle mouse button (pressing the scroll wheel) to open and close new tabs, but since the update, it doesn't work anymore and now types "=" if the cursor is in a text field. For context, I use an MX Master S3, mapped with Logi Options+.

Anyone else having this issue? How do I roll back to the previous version??

SOLVED: It was a bug with Logi Options+, not Firefox. When I hovered over the tab for the presets I had for CaptureOne, I noticed it also said Firefox. So seems something weird happened there. Deleted that preset and the issue in Firefox went away.

I couldn't find a way to delete this thread, though.

The Firefox stable desktop taskbar shortcut issue unresolved for many months. Every time clicking on the Firefox taskbar/start shortcut is non responsive or it gives the error class not registered. Firefox nighly/developer do not have this issue. Fujitsu laptop, Widows 11 lates upgrades. Please fix.

I need to access the official site for the water institute in the country of Panama and keep receiving the following message Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.idaan.gob.pa. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I could access it until about 1.5 years ago when I used it a lot. Now I cannot access it anymore but this is an official governmental site www.idaan.gob.pa so why cannot it accessed now? I cannot access if from any of my devices, including those with the most up to date windows and Apple versions.

What do I need to do? contacting the institution is out of question as the site works OK in that country, so it is a FireFox problem outside of the country. Please help. Thanks, Helena

So I installed Firefox, set up a FF/Mozilla account, then started watching YouTube videos VIA Firefox. I went to click LIKE on one and it wants me to sign in to Google to do so. Is that the norm? Google owns YouTube?

When I go to google.com/maps, I immediately see a map drawing of my location - then as the site *finishes* loading, the display area CLEARS, leaving the menu and various "hover" items from the site.

Just...no "roads". 🤣 Just a big vanilla background image.

Google maps works in another browser - the issue is just in Firefox.

Currently on Win 10, running under Parallels on a MacBook Pro. (Maps works great under the Mac OS as well!)

I swear this used to be a setting and it vanished or i'm blind. say you open a youtube video in a new tab while staying on your current browsing tab, it used to auto-pause in the background until you navigate to the new tab. I remember being so happy when i found the setting, and it stopped working recently so i went looking for it. it doesn't exist. send help.
