I got a new desktop computer and can't access firefox. My existing account is still under my old email ([edited] @q.com) and has been decommisioned. My new email is [edit… (funda kabanzi)
I got a new desktop computer and can't access firefox. My existing account is still under my old email ([edited] @q.com) and has been decommisioned. My new email is [edited] @myctl.net. I cannot sign in because I forgot my password for q.com which no longer exists, so I can't receive an email to change password. I am at a loss how to fix this... Can you help me please. I had sent you my new email back a few months ago so I thought it had been changed to myctl.net but it is not. help please, I am so frustrated. thx for your help
