Hi, all of a sudden today, firefox has not worked properly, initally i thought it was my router, but upon trying google chrome, i can confirm its firefox not working as intended. I cant watch any youtube vids, they just sit on a loading circle, facebook wont load and various other websites wont load. Ive tried clearing cache/cookies etc, tried resetting my pc, nothing is working?

firefox is my browser. i have windows 11. all of my web (not app) shortcut icons on desktop are the white blank page icon. i used to see the icons for the sources -- the newspapers, etc. none of the standard windows fixes for this have worked. was there a firefox policy change that causes this? i Free Up Space to Onedrive for everything on desktop, but even when I apply Keep on This Device, the source icons still don't appear, so I don't think Onedrive is the issue. in some unsynced folders on the PC, web links appear with a generic blue planet icon, which is as generic as the white page icons on the desktop. I've tried the fixes for windows 11 but none of them have worked. any ideas of a firefox fix for this? thanks!

"Oops, your browser's HLS setting is too low." Trying to stream, in browser, and I'm completely blocked today. The browser says it's fully updated. And yet.

Whatever the case, where and how do I check and/or adjust the HLS setting?

Everytime i open mozilla, its just gives me the blank page. i go to the settings and change it but when i close mozilla and open it again it gives me blank page. i cant understand the problem.

I am unable to sign in to my yahoo mail account. It gives me a fault that "something went wrong, please try another device". I can use brave as my browser and sign in with no problem but not with firefox. Any idea why?

I recently updated Firefox on my computer. After that, I can't find my old Bookmarks.

Also I find that I am UNABLE to add any new Bookmark. When I click on the 'Star' in the browser toolbar, there is nothing. Before I used to Get the Add Bookmark tab and a place to SAVE, now there is nothing.

Even after I type in the URL in the address bar, and open up the required page, I am unable to Add it to my Bookmarks.

All of a sudden, through nothing I have done, ALL my bookmarks are gone. I CAN'T even bookmark anything either. What have you done. Until this is fixed I will not longer use Firefox.

This has happened several times in the last 4 months or so, it had never happened prior to that and I've used Firefox for years. It now occurs when I open Firefox after my computer has either been shutdown, or the computer does a restart. I am signed in to my Mozilla account.

Firefox has been crashing regularly for a full day now. I have one profile with multiple extensions, and a fresh profile that is meant to test firefox without any. With this new, "clean-slate" profile with none of my extensions installed, I still get repeated crashes. It is getting in the way of my ability to work- it happens even in Troubleshoot mode, even though I could not confirm any hardware issues prior to this.

Will I need to delete the extenstion-filled profile entirely before going forward? Is there an update I need to install, or anything else I should do myself? Should I provide a list of my extensions?

Attached is the Report ID of my latest crash- hopefully it will help.

I am not aware of having adblock. I have looked in settings and don't see it on but Angels Gifts won't let me collect my game pieces because it says it detects adblock. I looked in extensions and don't see it. what should I do?
