Now when signing into my email Outlook account, jjeuler@msn.com, I get the message after the Stay Loged in Page, in the upper left corner "Too Many requests"! Reboot and going to other sites does not correct this. I can go to any other page and do not get this. I do have in my saved password file the long Firefox Reset Key. Using it though my loose all my book marks. What steps do I need to do to eliminate this problem? I can sign into my Outlook email account instantly with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Now after waiting for a while, the email page opened. Could this be the volume of CPU processes that are ongoing. I will check on Task Manager to see. At times when first booting CPU goes to 100%. Now it is at 24%. James

This crashing must stop...It is an annoyance that is troubling. 1st Reagan.com disappears (customer service), now constant crashing and not a word about fixing it, AFTER reporting it. Explain. Or lose a subscriber.

After re-installing Firefox, when logging in Firefox redirects homepage via some website not identified as the homepage website. when opening o365 and open a PDF attachment that was fillable, I cannot view the filled in texts, unless i download the file and view with my default PDF viewer., even doing preview i cannot see the filled in portions of the document. I can view on Chrome and Edge and outlook app on my PC. I have attached a jpeg for your viewing, if you look at top part it shows what i get in Firefox, the bottom is with any other browser or office app. I am using windows 10 and the latest browser Firefox.

I recently reloaded my M1 MacBook Air with macOS Sequoia. Ever since doing so, Firefox opens the right-click menu every time I press Control+Return (like when attempting to autocomplete a URL ending in .com, a feature I use quite frequently). It is only in Firefox that this happens, no other browser or program is doing this. I have uninstalled Firefox using AppCleaner, downloaded a new copy of Firefox 131.0 and reinstalled without any change in this behavior. Any ideas on what I can do to stop this so Control+Return only autocompletes a URL again?

I set passcodes in Firefox for Atlantic Health MyChart & MyChart RWJBH & I need to copy need to my Passsword App in MacOS Sequoia. I tried To Copy/Paste them, but it didn't work. What do I need to do to get them added to the Mac Password App?

I cannot open the Mozilla download page. It seems not to download anything, as I m taken to the error page (see image).

I read a support thread on the issue but I could not understand, it seems like an issue that requires previous knowledge, and I think it should be easy for old, loyal users of Mozilla to have a simple solutions for access to Mozilla site, with... Mozilla browser!

It started to happen yesterday, so far I never had such difficulty.

I have no way to log in to my google accounts right now. On any google site, if I hit log-in it redirects me to this page:

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en

I've tried clearing my cache and cookies. My firefox browser is up to date. I tried disabling ad blocker and cookie auto-delete. Javascript is enabled and I even tried turning on that feature that prevents page redirects. I'm truly at a loss for what to do.

I'm experiencing a relatively new issue where mono audio in Firefox only plays out of the left channel. The same sources play out of both channels in Safari. I'm on MacOS 14.6.1, Firefox 131.0.3. Any help is appreciated - thanks!

Is there a way to back up the tabs I have open? I tried a tab manager, I've forgotten it's name, a few years ago and it worked for a while then the folders I had started to come up empty. I e-mailed the owner but got no response and no help getting the lost tabs back. I am looking at Tree Style Tab but any other suggestions are welcome.

I use Firefox on Ubuntu Linux, and it works fine.

For unrelated reasons I have created a new Linux Mint 22 boot partition, and I would like to use the same Firefox profile on both Linux OS-s, without having to move or copy the existing profile I use on Ubuntu. (The profile is placed on a third independent data partition!) I cannot find any information on how to do it. All information I find involves moving the profile, but then Firefox on Ubuntu would not be able to continue to use it.

Hello. I got a new laptop (Windows 11) and have been trying to sign in to my main account for an hour. I can "sign in" with my email and password, and I get the account recovery code in my email. I then enter that, then I am immediately told that my account is "disconnected", even though by all other indications, I am signed in. I mean, I have to be signed in to create this post!

I read over other posts, and some of their issues seem to stem from something about their default profile. However, 1) I should still be able to sign in to a non-default profile, 2) I have been able to sign in to a different (student) profile just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF twice now, with full deletion of profiles etc. And no luck.

Other posts have mentioned antivirus software interference, but that doesn't explain why my other (student) profile works fine.

Also, when I try to create a recovery key, I am presented with an "unknown error" screen. I have attached a screenshot of that.

A new version of the "List All Tabs" appeared on my toolbar today, shown on the left and hovered over in the attached screenshot (ignore the Malwarebytes extension icon). The old icon for this button was a chevron with approximately the same functionality. I was able to remove the old icon, but I'm unable to find a way to remove this one. Here is what I've tried so far:

• Like the old one, the Customize Toolbar feature is unable to remove it since it is grayed out.
• For a while, I was able to remove the old icon by going to about:config and setting browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled to false. This solution does not work for the current and some recent versions of the button.
• I attempted to create a userChrome.css file (following all the steps according to this this website) and added the following string: #alltabs-button { display: none !important; }

None of these attempted fixes have removed the button following a browser restart. Is there a way to remove it? I have no need of a button that shows me what tabs I have open when I can simply look at my toolbar.

I use Internet Bill Pay through my bank, and it has always worked correctly with Firefox. I have enhanced tracking protection turned off for the site secureinternetbank.com and I have cookies authorized in my exceptions list. Today I got this message:

Bank says it hasn't changed anything, and no tweaks I tried on privacy settings fixed it. I believe it's an issue with the new version. Can you tell me how to fix it or let me know when Firefox will fix it? The site works fine in Microsoft Edge, but I'd like to avoid using Edge.

I can not reach Tractorsuppy.com from my firefox browser. I have used it with no issues for over a year. I am able to reach it if I use google browser. I get a message 502 Bad Gateway. Please help!

Firefox is the only program on my computer which struggles with connecting to the internet for some reason, other browsers and programs work fine. Everything times out, even the update checker in settings. It opens local files without issue. It started 7+ days ago, i have tried doing everything on the "firefox doesn't load internet pages in, other browsers do" but it didn't change anything.
