I can not reach Tractorsuppy.com from my firefox browser. I have used it with no issues for over a year. I am able to reach it if I use google browser. I get a message 502 Bad Gateway. Please help!

I have an account on a website I visit near-daily. Despite having both cookies for this website persist and the password supposedly saved, the last three times I've visited the website I've been logged out and the password is nowhere to be found. Having to switch between my password manager and browser is annoying beyond description.

(That's actually not true. I have quite a few choice descriptors for this program, but have chosen to omit them)

On Win11.64, I noticed some weeks ago Firefox refusing to automatically open sites. I’ve also sites telling me that JavaScript is disabled. But javascript.enabled = true, in settings. I’ve renamed the folder to Firefox.old, and installed a fresh copy—though then ported bookmarks, etc. Same issues. I’ve cleared the cache. Same issues. Firefox in Private Window mode works fine. Any kindly help would be appreciated. Thanks

Windows 11 FF 131.0.3 64-bit

This has been an intermittent problem since the update before this one. The screen freezes and nothing works, no mouse, no keypad, nothing. Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't even work. There is no way to shut it down except the power button. It happens at different times, and doesn't seen to have one trigger. I've run troubleshooter, but no change.

It was happening in the previous update, but it seems worse in this one. I asked about this on Reddit a few weeks ago, and someone else said he was having the same problem.

I have been using a usrChrome.css in my profile to create multi-row tabs. (Why cant Mozilla see the need for this with 4K monitors?) The Oct update broke this and I cannot get FF to load the css file that has worked for more than a ywar.

Help please?

Hello. I got a new laptop (Windows 11) and have been trying to sign in to my main account for an hour. I can "sign in" with my email and password, and I get the account recovery code in my email. I then enter that, then I am immediately told that my account is "disconnected", even though by all other indications, I am signed in. I mean, I have to be signed in to create this post!

I read over other posts, and some of their issues seem to stem from something about their default profile. However, 1) I should still be able to sign in to a non-default profile, 2) I have been able to sign in to a different (student) profile just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF twice now, with full deletion of profiles etc. And no luck.

Other posts have mentioned antivirus software interference, but that doesn't explain why my other (student) profile works fine.

Also, when I try to create a recovery key, I am presented with an "unknown error" screen. I have attached a screenshot of that.

This crashing must stop...It is an annoyance that is troubling. 1st Reagan.com disappears (customer service), now constant crashing and not a word about fixing it, AFTER reporting it. Explain. Or lose a subscriber.

I recently did a Clean install on my Windows 11 machine and downloaded/installed Firefox. Now when i sign in to my Mozilla account so i can sync back the extensions and bookmarks that i had it seems like it don't restore the information. I am sign in to the right account. What have happen whit all the information that is associated whit that account? Is everything deleted?

Now when signing into my email Outlook account, jjeuler@msn.com, I get the message after the Stay Loged in Page, in the upper left corner "Too Many requests"! Reboot and going to other sites does not correct this. I can go to any other page and do not get this. I do have in my saved password file the long Firefox Reset Key. Using it though my loose all my book marks. What steps do I need to do to eliminate this problem? I can sign into my Outlook email account instantly with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Now after waiting for a while, the email page opened. Could this be the volume of CPU processes that are ongoing. I will check on Task Manager to see. At times when first booting CPU goes to 100%. Now it is at 24%. James

updating my profile i found option of 2nd factor notification that I use always when offered. it asked me to make up my own unique code that no one else would have so i made up a string of letters-numbers but nothing happened, tried only my favorite numbers - zip. then couple favorite words - zip. so started to close computer and noticed a lot of emails from Mozilla each with typical 6-digit confirmation code number - so i am not supposed to invent my own private code? all of the numbers emailed to me have long since expired. Please don't kill my accounts! I use a lot of Moz apps - but must use hateful Outfock b/c university no longer supports T'bird.

First of all, THANK YOU for volunteering. I've donated to Mozilla over the years and appreciate this product. Okay, here's my issue....I'm OLD! HA! Onto the pertinent issue I hope can be solved here:

I use Otter ai to transcribe my healing sessions w/ clients (I'm an energy healer-I see dimensions within the human energy field). I'm a "low-end" user (I just made that up) because it's just me. When I try (operative word) to export and actually hit the "export" button, I get this stupid, crappy, dangling box about ChatGPT (see image below). There's no place to respond yes, no, or to close it out. The only thing I can do is hit "escape" to make it disappear but then I'm kicked out of the export process to view the original screen listing my recent meetings.

Specifics: I have a Macbook Air, macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1 w/ an Apple M1 (no idea what all this but assume it's useful for you). FF is my default browser. I use otter thru FF rather than an app on my Mac. In FF settings I've added otter ai to a list that allows website popups. I don't use Chatgpt or whatever it does on otter. I just want to export the text.

Sadly, otter ai customer support has been dismal. So, I've turned to you folks. I'm not super computer savvy, but hope I've done the basics to rule out issues. Oh, I've also logged out then in to Otter, rebooted my laptop a bunch- all the things to reset. Didn't work.

Both show up just fine for other people and for me when I access them with other browsers.

My problem occurs when I use Firefox to work on OtherNetworks. I'm going to try attaching screen shots of the Main Page. The first is from a normal view of my main page taken with another browser. In this shot the graphic is on the right

The second one is the same page taken with Firefox as the browser. I can't even figure out how to describe what is wrong with that second display.

I'm wishing for someone to figure out what is going on here and tell me how to restore FireFox so I can use it to work on my website. Is there some setting in Firefox or in the OtherNetworks site that is causing the awkward layout when using Firefox. I'm rather dependent on the bookmarks in Firefox.

Hi, Thank you for your help My two devices are connected and recognize each other. The bookmark sync works somehow but seems frozen 6 months ago. The new macos : 13.1 with firefox 131 The old mac os :10.11 and firefox 78 I don't understand and can't sort it out.

Cannot play sounds (videos) on Firefox. Can on other browsers. Went through suggested solutions, nothing worked. Firefox recently sent out an update. I downloaded it, didn't change anything.
