When watching a video on a platform and the video needs to load, instead of pausing to load then play it once again, it doesn't stop, making the video audio sound so glitchy that you can't understand it

surprisingly, it works as expected on youtube

I am / was such a huge fan of Mozilla. But now I lose my qualitity of being patient. This Update window coming up more and more. But there is no way to find - especially not an easy way. I need to make a new installation of the full programme. While doing this, I lost my full bookmarks. No chance to recover after five hours. I am really mad. Really mad.

I will leave Mozilla soon, if you dont tell me, how to use your browser without trouble.

I recently opened Firefox to see a new flagged warning under my toolbar that says "The security sandbox is disabled. Your configuration is unsupported and less secure."

I have gone into about:config and adjusted every security.sandbox element to see if that would change anything; it did not.

I am running on Windows 11 Home so I cannot install or properly run Windows Sandbox.

I would either like a solution to enable the sandbox once again, or just remove the notification from the toolbar.

Windows 11 : Fix this ASAP I delete all tabs, close firefox, reopen and I get 5 tabs which seem to be STUCK. I delete 3 of these tabs, go about my work, none of those 3 are open, and I shut everything down. When I reopen Firefox, those 5 "default tabs" (the 3 I don't want have migrated over from I don't know were - both Chrome and Edge open with New Tab.)

I have enough other problems in my life - and done't tell me to create a new profile. At that point I'll kill firefox and end my donations to Mozilla.

It happens on all my sights, ie: Facebook, etc.

Tonight Firefox updated itself and when the routine finished the new default-release profile did not contain any of my data including bookmarks.

I tried to launch the profile default in a new browser but this was empty too.

can anyone help me locate my data and restore it in the new profile?

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

When I launch Firefox, it uses well under 1GB in memory, but then it starts to increase that amount quickly in just a few minutes and gets up to 50+GB, causing error messages to pop up repeatedly until it uses all resources and locks up my computer. I have updated my MAC OS and the Firefox app, uninstalled the Firefox App and still have the same problem.

After creating yesterday a new Folder, today is not in the Bookmarks under the Star. Under three bars, Bookmarks, Manage bookmarks it shows there the web pages I put there yesterday. What is going on?

It has been two times now where I will open firefox and suddenly all my profiles are gone. I have tried everything to try to get them back like trying to get "old firefox data" back or about:profiles, but there is literally nothing to recover. All of my bookmarks and passwords are fine but I have to log in to everything all over again and reset my home page with all my shortcuts. it is extremely annoying, especially when I use up all the shortcut spaces. It prompts me when I start firefox to create a profile, sign in again, and set firefox as my preferred browser. I have been using firefox for about a year and havent had this problem until a couple of weeks ago. What can i do to avoid having to do this again in the future?

I lost my bookmarks and toolbar and cannot save any new bookmarks. I found the backup for the bookmarks but I am unable to restore. I also cannot find my profile file either. What can I do?

I got a new desktop computer and can't access firefox. My existing account is still under my old email ([edited] @q.com) and has been decommisioned. My new email is [edited] @myctl.net. I cannot sign in because I forgot my password for q.com which no longer exists, so I can't receive an email to change password. I am at a loss how to fix this... Can you help me please. I had sent you my new email back a few months ago so I thought it had been changed to myctl.net but it is not. help please, I am so frustrated. thx for your help

That is the only one, not five crash ID's. I couldn't open Firefox to find an omni.ja file.

I can't import or access my bookmarks or passwords on the new Firefox I installed. Would you please be able to help with that?

somehow about since 3 months ago i believe (or start at 2026) suddenly i can't stream on firefox again but all other browser that i tested are worked just fine

it gave blackscreen like ss that i attached. even tried on fresh installed Firefox for android too

to be honest i love feature of firefox that i can pop-out PIP windows all more than 1 and even gave full screen of that PIP

i tried every suggest that appeared on website like Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection, turning off hardware acceleration, clear cookies, autoplay are on ALLOW, doing safemode check also make that black screen, even check about:config media.mediasource.enabled (set to true),DRM ON

my system : AMD 7600x, memory 16GB,GPU : RTX3060, Windows 11
