Hello After last firefox update this page mail.proton.me (specifically: https://mail.proton.me/u/0/inbox) does not load for me.

It works in chrome and edge but not firefox. I cleared my cookies and cache but it did not help. All I get is blank white page and sometimes error message. I attach screen from my F12 menu when I try to load page. In brave for example there is much more activity than in FF.

I have had a Yahoo Account since early 2000's until my home network was compromised and they locked me out of all my accounts back in 2021. I waited until the end of 2022 or begining 2023 and contacted firefox support via 3rd party who was able to unlock my account once i signed up for a subscription. well that phone was lost and along with access to [" IMINU2NOW@YAHOO.COM & ph# (541)870-0948 ; (541)731-1521 associated with the account "] and would like assistance getting back in.

1. Whenever I open Firefox for the first time since boot, it crashes, and I have to click on it a second time for a window to actually show up. Once it shows up, it's forgotten all about the previous session - none of my tabs re-open, the window opens up maximized.

2. Whenever I close the last open window, my previous tabs are completely forgotten. Checking task manager reveals that there are 10 or 11 Firefox processes that are still running.

• I have a second Windows 11 device that DOESN'T exhibit any of these issues and works correctly. Closing Firefox does not leave any running processes around.
• "Open previous windows and tabs" is enabled in options.
• "Firefox will: Remember history" is set in the History options.
• Both devices are running Firefox 137.0.2 64 bit.

Could not get email via the usual Firefox. Always have used Firefox to get it. What happened ???

Then something called Moxilla came along. What's that? Why do I have to use Moxilla? I want Firefox. How is it related to Moxilla? Why did something change without my permission?

Roboform doesn't show up in the toolbar and it doesn't pop up to suggest passwords. Video download helper doesn't show up in toolbar. This all started after the latest update. Thanks Bob

Hello everyone!

On 10/3/24 Mozilla wrote in a KB: "Mozilla will provide security updates for Firefox 115 ESR until at least March 2025, when the position will be re-evaluated."

According to "https://data.firefox.com/dashboard/hardware", over 7.5% of Firefox users are currently using Windows 7. Will Mozilla extend the end of support for 115 ESR again or will it end next month?

More recently, for the past few months maybe, I sometimes get a white menubar when Firefox is in the forefront. Clicking on it will restore the menubar.

I am using the latest Mac OS, 15.4.1, and it happened with the previous version too.

The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown.

The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor.

There is no error message.

I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped.

Please can you advise me?

Firefox 137.0.2 (64 bit). Windows 10 Home 22H2 Os Build 19045.5737.
