The answer was this: Disable "Suggest Firefox Relay email masks to protect your email address" in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Passwords".

But I already have this setting disabled. The popup still comes up. (BTW it's in "Preferences -> Privacy & Secutiry ->Passwords". The popup still comes up.

Hello, in order to store my payment information in Firefox the Mozilla website indicates: "Click the Privacy & Security panel and scroll down to the Autofill section" But I don't have an "Autofill section", just a "Passwords" section with check boxes for autofill usernames and passwords. I want Firefox to suggest stored payment info the same as Chrome, right now I have to switch browsers when I want to purchase something.

For months I've been trying to clear my saved form data as I put in the wrong email address, and when using saved form data sometimes don't notice it's wrong, so replies disappear into the ether.

Under Settings/Privacy & Security/Clear browsing data I have cleared Everything with all check boxes checked, and multiple times just tried the Saved form info checkbox. The wrong email refuses to die along with the related form data.

It is infuriating. Maybe you can correct it manually, or actually wipe it for me? The INCORRECT email is 'bongoots@yahoo.co.uk'. The CORRECT email is 'bongboots@yahoo.co.uk'.

I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom. The full name of the UK is as follows "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland". When I select my country as UK, Firefox changes it to GB. Northern Irland is not in GB. Great Britain consists of England, Scotland and Wales.

Hi Firefox. Autofill doesnt work. I couldnt see it under settings - privacy - autofill. Then i reinstalled firefox and now it appears. I filled the form, so it has all my information, but it doesnt seem to shop when im trying to check out of a websop for example.

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

I need to remove my CC info from my profile, it takes me to the Privacy & Security tab and it tells me to look for the autofill option and on the current fire fox version i have 146.0.1 I do not see it

I remember in the old days there was a way to delete permanently suggested form input without going to settings...Does it still exist...Also what comes up in my form filling is not listed in any of my addresses or personal data.

I'm not sure if this is a Firefox or Google problem, I'm guessing Firefox because it doesn't happen in Chrome.

Every time I try to login to google in Firefox it auto logs me into a specific account, I don't mean it is already logged in, I'm logged out and where the blank field is to enter your account username(email) the drop down pops up and shows all the gmail accounts and picks one on its own then procedes to the next page for the password on its own. It's like someone took control of the mouse and was doing it for me. Really pisses me off because I'm trying to login to a different account and it chooses the same one every time and I can't choose. If this is some kind of auto login feature please tell me how to turn it off.

Firefox always auto-fills in the wrong phone number. But I can't find a setting that contains my phone number. How do I change my phone number that Firefox auto-fills?

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

When I sign in to the NY Times (for example) I get a dropdown of autofill email addresses. Some are even mistyped addresses or bogus addresses I've used to access webpages that'll take any email address. I cannot delete these. I've tried shift-delete. These email addresses cannot be accessed via Firefox preferences: autofill screens do not list email addresses but only the physical addresses that I've saved.

(And then, of course, the minute you submit any email to the NYTimes it immediately creates an "account" and starts sending you subscription offers.)

I use a MAC. How do I delete unwanted email auto-fills. Some are old, some have typos...... Every time I fill in my email on a form I have to sift through several outdated emails

I use an iMac and Macbook Pro. Autofill that used to work is no longer working on both of these when I go to USPS.com and sign up for updates on packages. It use to fill in my name on the top line and on the bottom line, it would fill in my email.

What can I do to get this feature back? It stopped working around the beginning of 2025.
