I have been using credit card detail autofill for several years, using my Microsoft password. Suddenly, possibly since January 1st 2025, this feature doesn't work any more! The usual pop up asks me to choose a credit card; I do this and then enter my password and press Enter or Continue. After that nothing happens. The credit card number is not filled in for me and the same happens if I try to add the Expiry Date. Please can you see what may have changed either in my settings or elsewhere? Many thanks. I suppose you run some sort of volume test before a release. Each crash appeared to start another (or more) task(s). There was a sitting (quiet) connection to ChatGPT, and i went to open another tab, which never came up without a crash. I sent several reports, each of which appeared to cause another crash. So i think it isn't volume as such but diversity of use cases which involve two-way open dialogue as with Google or Chat, and opening another tab.. GLWT.

I've been having problems with Youtube. When I click on a video, it doesn't play and gives me the "If playback isn't starting shortly, try restarting your device.". However when I mute the audio, it just starts playing perfectly fine without the audio.

Tabs are continually crashing and getting worse. It happening on all sites eg. email, Facebook and general surfing. I've done Firefox updates and has not fixed the problem. I've always preferred Firefox as my search engine. I am in a situation where I'm going have to change search engine. Please fix the problem. Thanks

I just discovered today that when I click on a YouTube short and select open in new tab there are two sound streams playing about 3 seconds out of sync. This happened on my work machine today and on my home machine. When I switch to the Chrome browser this did not happen.

After yesterdays update I always get "Tab crashed" when I want to start in a new tab when i try to open gmx.net or any other url. How to set back Firefox? I need to open Tabs! And "reopen" does not effect anything.

Hi My normally excellent Firefox on Windows 10 has suddenly become unworkable,with the "Gah Tab Crash" message now coming up almost constantly. I have tried opening the browser in safe mode but to no avail. Any suggestions to travellinbilly@gmail.com. Fingers crossed.

Over the past few weeks, tabs keep crashing several times a day. It happens most often on X, but this morning, a tab crashed while completing an online order (grrr). My computer is up to date, cookies, cache and history cleared regularly and today I "refreshed" Firefox. In less than an hour, tab crashed again. What is going on???

I'm very close to changing browsers.

I got this new Chromebook, and now I'm having issues using YouTube. When I select a video to watch, a message pops up at the top saying "To play video, you may need to install the required video codecs." I am able to watch the video I selected anyhow, with some minor issues with the picture and its frames I believe, however, when I try to watch a different video, it does not work. Sometimes it will play for a short bit, but will then stop, and start buffering. When I then refresh the page, the video will not play and will only buffer. I am not sure what to do, and if this is an issue with the browser, or the device itself, please help?

Firefox has been running smoothly for the last 6 months. Recently I started receiving Firefox Crash Reporter dialog boxes when opening the app. The app never opens, but I receive three crash reporter dialog boxes.

What I have tried: Repair Reinstall Deleted every Mozilla folder in App cache and other device locations. Did another reinstall. App never loads and I receive a crash report. Updated Windows. Restarted laptop. Etc. Everything else on the device runs perfectly.

When I open firefox, or try to go to any page at all, all that I get is the tab crash reporter.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, including removing all old profiles. So I now have no extensions or add-ons enabled. I have disabled hardware acceleration.

firefox does run successfully in troubleshooting mode, so that must be doing something different. But I have not been able to make it run out of troubleshooting mode.

There is nothing in about:crashes, or in AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports

What could be going wrong?

For many years, I have been exchanging video calls on Facebook.

Recent attempts to video call the same person I've been video calling for the past 3 years result in "your browser doesn't support video calls"

Have I been "hacked"?

I uploaded some videos to my website (burchmusic.com). They can be played on Safari, but not on Firefox. This is the error message I get: No video with supported format and MIME type found. I'm on MacBookPro running OS Sequoia 15.2.

I contact you because I would like to connect to another account for sync in another Firefox profile, but I forgot my password. I already tried "forgot password", but I need the primary address from my account, that I forgot (And maybe I doesn't have it anymore...). But I have a secondary address that I added in my account in gmail, when I try to connect with this one, I'm redirected to the next step in the login process, and when I want to reset my password, I need my primary email, that I don't have it anymore. Then, I suppose my gmail address should be a secondary address in my account, is it possible to reset my password by sending my the code to this address ? Can you put my gmail address as my primary address ? My actual primary address for this account can be an address with protonmail (@protonmail.com/@proton.me/@pm.ne), but I don't have access anymore to these ones...

My screen has been zoomed so I only see half of the email or image. Support at yahoo said that this is a Firefox issue. I would like to"unzoom" so I can see the full screen ar one time.

Hi, I apologize in advance for sending this thread out from my mobile browser, but it's the safer option at this point.

This problem started after I went into my about:config page and disabled browser.tabs.unloadOnLowMemory. After these crashes began, I went and re-enabled this setting, but the problem persisted on all websites.

So far, I've:

• Opened and closed Firefox an innumerable amount of times
• Uninstalled a potentially beefy addon (Shinigami Eyes)
• Ensured 'recommended performance settings' & 'use hardware acceleration' were disabled
• Refreshed Firefox (and restored all addons & themes to how they previously were)

I really don't know what to do, and I'm very distressed. I want to keep using Firefox! I'm hesitant about uninstalling & reinstalling, but if that's the solution I can try it out.

I have noticed that just recently videos across all different websites are not displaying properly. The image part of the video is a green scrambled mess. The audio is fine, but the images are wrong. I am not having this issue on a different browser, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I don't know if changing any of the settings will help or if there's a bug in one of the updates.
