I decided to download Firefox and make it my default browser, so I downloaded it and followed some recommendations I found online for configuring security settings...but for the life of me I can't remember what those are.

Weeks later, I decide to watch Peacock, but the error message says I need to disable my ad blocker. I search for an ad blocker in the extensions but can't find one, so I start disabling other extensions like Facebook Container...but to now avail. I follow all the usual online steps--clearing my cache, restarting the application, restarting my computer, etc--but nothing works. I have the same error with Netflix, and switching to another browser yields the same result. So it must be something wrong with my system.

Can you help?

I can't stand the pop-up constantly opening when I am on a new site, asking if I want to translate a page. First, I am proficient in multiple languages; second, I would not want a whole site translated, it messes with the formatting and frankly it isn't useful. I don't want to be forced to swap to Brave after all my years using firefox, but I am so agitated by the dropdown/popup and I cannot find any way to turn it off. Please, how do I disable this permanently?

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. When I logged in, I thought my extensions/themes would be there, but that wasn't the case. Can you help?

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

If if I'm watching a video on a site like Youtube or facebook, when I scroll away, a small window of it automatically opens in the lower corner of my screen. How can I stop this. When I scroll away I d like it to just stop the video.

I have installed a analog to digital converter software to convert High8 tapes to digital. It is all hooked up, but the video and audio from the converter program will no show on computer. Help!

Firefox was working fine till yesterday. No changes of any kind were made.

Firefox will no longer play any audio.

Audio plays just fine from every other browser and Windows test.

I have attempted and followed many variations of suggestions and still no sound. Been through permissions.

Any one have a silver bullet to get audio back?

The translate option pops up everytime that i open the browser or open a new window in the browser and its annoying as hell how do i remove it because i dont see any options where i can disaple it

Hello, I use my providers web email promail.ptd.net , but they don't have where I can add a sound to incoming email or specific ones.. I did add the promail to your notifications,settings, but can you explain to me what the step would be to get their incoming email to make a sound of choice while using Firefox? or do i have to switch to an email program that already has that option? I wish Eudora would continue!

While browsing my Gmail Inbox i notice a old email i got confirming a login, but i never logged in into one of your websites infact this is my first time hearing about moz://a i just now log in to let you know, this might be a attacker that is secretary getting information while using fireFox,

i am required to supply a foxfire/mozilla password to use my stored payment method-it pops up, however, I've never created a foxfire password and do not have one so my saved credit card info wont work . Please advise

On a brand new powerful PC just signed in and there's no Add ons showing on this device.
