bold textSince the Firefox update to 152.0 64bit I have noticed that it takes two attempts to log into Spectrum email. The first time I try I get a IDID-4000 error (see below image) after entering my sign on and password. I then have to retry by selecting the bookmark again and then after entering my sign on and password a second time I can get in. This does not happen in Edge browser. I have tried deleting my sign on and password in my saved passwords in Firefox and then manually reenter my sign on and password at the prompt for Spectrum and then saving it again but it keeps happening. I have also tried turning off enhanced tracking, clearing cookies and site data, refreshing Firefox and stopping my Norton 360 and it still happens. There must be a bug in the new Firefox update 152.0 that is effecting the ability to sign into Spectrum as this was not happening before. I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem and is there a solution to fix this. Should I file a Bug Report about this? We should not have to jump through hoops or do some work arounds to try and get things to work like before as I have read with other questions having problems with 152.0 update. This update needs to be fixed.

Firefox has just updated on my Windows 11 PC at around 1100 17/06/2026 and now I cannot access my Spanish banking online with Banco Sabadell.

When I try to log in I get a message saying 'the process cannot proceed because of security issues.'

I could log in prior to the update and I can still log in using Brave.

By process of elimination I deduced that it must be something to do with the update.

  Firefox is currently my "default" browser.  I am running the most current updated Firefox browser.  I am using a desktop iMac with OS of Tahoe 26.1     
  It appears since the latest few updates (on Firefox) over the last week or so, I can no longer log in to my online banking.  I am able to enter my username and password (I'm using the 1Password app on this desktop and my iOS).  After entering my username and password, the progress wheel just spins and spins and nothing further happens.  The screen just sits there and does not progress to the next webpage allowing entry to my banking.  I know that it is a problem with the Firefox browser.   When I log in to my online banking using Chrome, I have no issues, it logs right in.  
  What is going on?   Please advise.  I'm thinking about ditching Firefox and going with Chrome or Safari.

This is the reply I received from Protonmail: They say the latest version of Firefox caused the issue and is happening on other services as well. We have been using FF exclusively for decades and this is frustrating! Are you in fact working to resolve the issue on your end? Thank you.

facebook loads extremely only on firefox. I have turned off enhanced tracking protection which only makes slower ??? Edge has no problem what so ever. Other sites on firefox are not as slow but are still slow. May have to stop using firefox , its very annoying.

With Firefox 151.0.4 on Linux Mint I can login to https://www.ftb.ca.gov/myftb/index.asp with username and password, then I get the message: "You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find your session. Try logging in again from the application and if the problem persists please contact the administrator. " . Accessing FTB with Chrome works.

Hello, for some time now I've been experiencing a number of problems with the latest Firefox updates.

Today I have version 152.0 (64-bit), which was updated again this morning. I restarted my mid-2015 MacBook Pro Retina. I have fiber optic internet, which is very high speed.

I've been using Firefox for over two years.

1) For the past eight days, I've been experiencing many problems with Google Meet; I get freezes, audio and video dropouts...

2) For the past three days, I haven't been able to log in to this website: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/login

3) For about ten days, I've been having trouble logging into my Stripe dashboard, with significant slowness and/or crashes.

4) In Notion, I'm also experiencing significant slowness, with pages taking a long time to load.

In short, several problems that I didn't have at all a month ago or before.

But now it's a nightmare.

I don't have any of these problems in Safari or Google Chrome.

So what's going on in Firefox?

Why is it such a hassle?

I cannot correct misspelled words when using Proton Mail. It has worked in the past, until recently. Perhaps the latest Mozzilla update? In the body of my email Proton email shows the words which are misspelled but I cannot right click to correct the spelling. Proton never seemed to support the "subject" field typos but did support spelling correction in the body of the email. The spelling correction works properly in Google docs.

Spelling correction is turn on in Firefox settings.

- Firefox 151.0.3 (aarch64)

- iOS Tahoe 26.2

Just enquiring if anyone else is experiencing problems upload things through Firefox Nightly. I first noticed it around a week ago. I was using ChatGPT and uploading images, drag and drop, and I could get one or two to work, after that, the uploading buffer wheel would freeze. Completley clearing the cache would fox the issue, but it would reappear after one or two uploads again. Same issue, uploading to Grok. Today I tried uploading a couple of images to the The Movie Database, and again, same issue. If I switch to Chrome, no problems. If I use Edge, No problems. Funnily enough, when the issue presented today and I tried to post here, I got locked on the Fastly Client Challenge and had to use Chrome to post here. (I don't know if thats related, but squirrely either way) I have reported the issue on Bugzilla, but just wanted to know if anyone else has this issue. Thanks in Advance. Oz.

Over the past week or so, I've been finding that Youtube videos don't start from the very beginning - the very opening is missing.

So as examples, you're playing a song that you know starts directly on a beat, but that first beat gets missed, or there will be an opening sentence such as "Everybody is talking about the latest... " and what you hear is more like "Vrybody" - you can clearly hear that It's slightly off.

This relates to Firefox in three ways.

My initial thought was that there is some conflict with using an Adblocker (uBlock in my case) as Youtube is trying to force a pre-video ad that won't play, but even with the adblocker disabled the problem persists.

I then cleared my Firefox Youtube history so it loads as a completely fresh version - but the problem is still there.

Finally, I tried the same video on Chrome to see if this is definitely a Youtube issue...and it plays correctly without a problem.

Therefore, the problem seems confined to Firefox but I am unsure where - what setting needs to get tweaked to sort this out?

Windows 10, Firefox v152.0: I'm logged in to my account with fidelity.com and visiting a page to get information about an ETF: https://digital.fidelity.com/prgw/digital/research/quote/dashboard/composition?symbol=XXXX (XXXX being any valid ticker symbol; makes no difference what) The information is organized within the page with a set of sub-tabs (?): Overview Chart+ Composition .... (+ 6 more) Much of the information displays normally, EXCEPT: Under "Composition": "not currently available" Under "Distributions & Expenses": "not currently available" Under "Performance & Risk": there are two sections, but only one of them displays normally Under "Statistics": three sections, only one displays normally; the other two "not currently available" (see attached image) I've checked with Fidelity support, and they verified no issues at their end--identified as a browser issue since the site doesn't have this problem using MS Edge I've cleared the cache, I've turned off enhanced tracking protection, I've temporarily enabled all scripts (NoScript extension)... none of these actions helps FWIW, I also enable Privacy Badger and Malwarebytes Browser Guard, but neither claims to be blocking anything

after last update stop working .if I use ctrl v it will paste in. When i try using the mouse it doesn't have paste in the block that pops up.

I can click and paste in the condition box but not the description box.

If I use edge it works. I don't want to use edge

Firefox 152.0, latest Windows 11 25H2 update on HP TP01-1036. I have tried just about all the AI fix suggestions but nothing works to fix the following problem:

When viewing the Yahoo.com News page, I scroll vertically down to see each article...one after the other. When I come to an article I want to read, I left click it. The article opens within the present tab and is closed by clicking the red "X " at the upper right hand corner of the article; which in turn, returns me to were I was before opening the article. However, eventually, after a few articles are read, when closing an article, the cursor will jump back to the page's first article instead of bringing me back to where I left off on vertical arrangement of the news articles'? This has been happening for around the last one to two weeks. Nothing else seems to be out of wack.

I get an "access denied" message when I do a search within a web site that I am connected to. Problem is with Fire Fox. Do not have the problem with google chrome.

on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

If I upload a jpg image via the + in the Gemini prompt it fails with an ! or doesn't give the (up pointing arrow) execute option prompt. Do usual things and even clean installed Firefox. Same on 3 windows 11 PCs 2 of which not my own hence not configured the same. All did work until latest updates. No browser extensions antivirus temporarily turned off. Same in, private and safe mode. All work fine on Chrome or Edge (sorry to swear at you) A work around is to load them via Google Drive or Photo and pull them from Google platform.
