Hi! i use video download helper a lot for my business. paid for premium not that long ago. I can't get it to work all of the sudden. there was an update a few days ago, maybe that's it? any help would be great!!! thank you!

I just downloaded over a 100 images and created anew bookmarks folder, which I saved them to. I think I have some duplicates,so need to execute a sort on that bookmarks folder, which will place the duplicates next to each other so then I can find and delete the dups.

How do I do this?

Something went drunk and now my blank page no longer lists the links i want it to. Used to be once upon a time that the browser showed (as setup) 2 rows of links for ease of access.

When opening Firefox a pornographic site immediately opens. This needs to be immediately removed. We've never gone to this, don't know where it came from, and have looked through most settings to try and find where it came from. It's automatic and it's inappropriate.

My bluewin mail-account contains lots of "own" mailboxes on the server, where I used to move my sent or received mails to, in the case when I wanted to preserve them. However, these mailboxes do not appear within Thunderbird. There, I can see only the "standard" mailboxes like inbox, outbox, drafts, bin, etc.

What do I have to do to see these "own" mailboxes in within Thunderbird?

The browser keeps crashing. I want to remove it from my Win 10 computer but uninstall only lets me do a refresh. I need to remove it to see if it is Firefox or some other issue. How do I remove the software?

I use to be able to integrate my excel calendar and my wife's. Entries were different colors and changes on my computer showed up on my Ipad. Now I have my calendar but I can't find hers. Does she need to make a change on her excel as well?

You Tube will not go full screen. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache, refreshing page, pressing F11. Nothing works. It will go full screen in a private browser, but not in a normal one.

I can see and manipulate my extensions in the little puzzle piece in my toolbar but when I go into settings all my extensions are gone, replaced by an extension I did not authorize. I was having difficulty with a pop-up on a news site that wanted me to turn off my add blocker or buy a subscription. When I go into the add browser and turn it off the website does not recognize that I have do this and keeps me from getting behind their pay wall. So I thought I would go into the settings and temporarily turn off the extension from there and that is when I discovered the lack of extensions in my settings.

The add on is AdBlocker Ultimate and the website is RawStory.com
