Firefox no longer opens up an html page when the link is in the email. The link can be opened manually. I have received email notifications that my email program does not handle html content emails. This started a couple of weeks or a month or so ago. I suspected Thunderbird was the problem so I removed it and installed the latest version. No change everything the same. So is the problem in Firefox ? As I installed Firfox with Ubuntu I need to wait on Ubuntu to fix the problem. If I delete Firefox and install directly will I lose all my links etc ? de Barry bewhite@bigpond.net.au ps could this be related to the well known Telstra fault in bigpond.net.au services ?

Is there a way of changing/removing the independence of browser windows?

Whenever I have multiple windows and close one them I cannot retrieve them, re-opening closed tabs doesn't work, since it only works on their own window.

Is there a way to change this behaviour?

All of a sudden one day my bookmarks vanished. This is annoying, but what's worse is that I'm unable to add more. I click on the little star at the top to try to save a page, and nothing happens. I go into the sidebar, try to do it there, nothing happens. I click Command D (on a Mac) to try it through the shortcut and nothing happens. I've tried signing in under different log ins to see if that's the problem, but that doesn't work either. I'm totally confused. Any help is appreciated.

When I go to view an already open tab it will sometimes randomly move it to the very end of my tabs all the way to the right. I don't want it to move tabs without my intervention. Clicking on a tab should keep it in place.

This has been an issue for about 2 months now. I'm not sure what's causing it or even if it's entirely a Firefox issue as I have noticed something similar happen in another program with tabs that I use often. It still seems like a Firefox issue in that moving a tab all the way to the end is a very specific task that can't normally be done accidentally.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening or has anyone figured it out?

The Bookmark Toolbar is blank. I have the setting to add the toolbar to all windows ("Always Show") and the toolbar is populated with entries. There is space below the URL where is toolbar would normally be displayed but it's blank.

I would like to be able to download YouTube videos.

Is there a Firefox add-on that will allow me to download YouTube videos onto my MacMini?

I tried Video DownloadHelper and YouTube Video Downloader and didn't see any action.

Do I need to setup settings a certain way to make it work?

What are the steps to make it work?

One morning about a week ago I woke up and opened my computer. Some update has probably been installed, and all the tab groups that I have diligently organized and saved - disappeared!

The tabs disappeared and all the sites saved within them disappeared also.

Please your help

I love Foxfire and have supported you for years but am now past 80, been relocated to a senior living complex and can not figure out how to get back on line with the services available here after hooking me up to Spectrum....HELP!!bold text
