Playback works correctly usually, but if I jump forward or backwards in time it sometimes never loads. This also completely bricks the whole brower, all other tabs etc, until I close firefox and restart it. This happens on all vods of twitch, and also livestreams where I am able to rewind (subscriber function). My Firefox created a new profile and reset everything. I was able to go back and locate my bookmarks and restore them, but my menu bar is reset, my history and saved passwords etc are all gone.

After a recent series of updates to both my mouse and Firefox, my mouse no longer scrolls within Firefox. The mouse is Logi wireless mouse. Firefox is the latest version. The mouse scrolls fine in other apps, like WhatsApp, Outlook, Word etc. but not in Firefox.

When I try to scroll in Firefox, it stutters, jumps and will continue to jump even when I stop scrolling on the mouse.

I have spoken to Logi and there is no issue with the mouse itself.

I have tried Troubleshoot and Private mode, but still the same issue, so its not an add-on or extension problem.

Is anyone else having this issue over the last couple of days, or have any ideas on how to get back to smooth scrolling?

I have st installed Lime on my old Asus Zenbook an have installed Nord VPN. I am using the Firefox browser showing connected to the internet but am unable to access my webmail account and its popping up messges advising Problem loading webpage and another showing 502 Bad gateway. I am also having problem with the Zenbooks Keyboard with keys randomly not operating when pressed but will work after a prolonged or multi pressing.

For at least a few months now, my browser will suddenly and randomly go fullscreen all by itself. I can't exit it, and then it goes back to normal after at most a minute. It hasn't happened in at least a week. But today, it froze like that, not responding. I quit firefox, waited a bit, then restarted it. It went fullscreen and froze again. I waited at least 10min and it then went back to normal and responded again. It only happens when using firefox. I've done virus scans, etc, and it still keeps happening. Please help. Thanks.

Using your browser for first time today using two popular websites that are used daily (theglobeandmail.com and theweathernetwork.com) that Malwarebytes deemed these unsafe quoting 192.178.192.132.443 - they are now blocked and don't understand why these websites would have any problems. My tabs from a Windows 10 PC were imported to Firefox running on my Mac Studio ( OS is Tahoe ver 26.2). How do I easily recover these tabs and prevent this behavior in the future? Note: I have copied previous versions of the Firefox profiles files to my active profiles folder, but this does not bring back the lost tabs.

Firefox becomes noticeably slower after I have been using it for some time. Pages may take longer to load, tabs sometimes become unresponsive for a few seconds, and switching between multiple tabs can feel delayed.

I have already tried restarting Firefox and closing unnecessary tabs, but the issue can return after continued use. I would like to know what could be causing this performance problem and which troubleshooting steps I should try.

Could extensions, cached data, memory usage, or hardware acceleration be responsible? What Firefox settings or diagnostic information should I check to identify the cause?

As described, I (changes being intended as temporary) changed the maximal size for the sidebar to open upon hover. Only when, at that length, I try to revert the change, the sidebar closes before I can "grip" the edge of the sidebar to shrink its length.

My issue is not that I cannot fix this change. My issue is that my change isn't permenant. I followed the standard steps of "Right-click anywhere on Sidebar > select 'Customise Sidebar' in menu > let Sidebar collapse > in 'Customise Sidebar' panel deselect 'Expand sidebar on hover' option > close 'Customise Sidebar' panel > pick up the RH edge of now stationary Sidebar by hovering mouse until the 'gripper' symbol (double-headed arrow) appears... drag RH edge of Sidebar to desired new max-open width."

The issue is that, after doing this, the sidebar reverts to taking up half the screen once I re-enable "Expand sidebar on hover" and reversing the steps listed above.

Any help would be appreciated! I'd rather not have to re-install.
