saved payment method still work and autofill when a payment page is up but managing all saved payments within settings is impossible as the list is not populated - please see screenshot link text

Several e-commerce sites have forms for payment card details, and some of them have a field for ‘Name on Card’. Some sites fill in this field with what they think is the name on the card and, in my experience, it is often wrong. If the user deletes the mistaken value autofill will insert the correct name where it was, but, if the aberrant entry is left in place, autofill will not change it, and the payment can be refused. Would it be an idea to have autofill insert the correct name even if the field already has a value? If the value written by the site is correct then nothing is changed, but if it is wrong a refusal could be forestalled.

When I sign in to the NY Times (for example) I get a dropdown of autofill email addresses. Some are even mistyped addresses or bogus addresses I've used to access webpages that'll take any email address. I cannot delete these. I've tried shift-delete. These email addresses cannot be accessed via Firefox preferences: autofill screens do not list email addresses but only the physical addresses that I've saved.

(And then, of course, the minute you submit any email to the NYTimes it immediately creates an "account" and starts sending you subscription offers.)

The UK is supposed to be supported for form autofill, but it doesn't work. I suspect it's because I use a VPN and Firefox thinks I'm in a different country.

How can I enable it in all countries so I can actually use it? I want to autofill name, address, and credit card details.

I have ticked autofill addresses but not autofill payment info but Firefox autofilled my credit card details on a site that I would not give my credit card details to, how do I stop this in future?

I wanted to see how much they would charge for shipping so I had to put in my address and I allowed it to autofill but then it put in my credit card details. I do not give my credit card details to sites that I am unfamiliar with, I will use PayPal instead and this site then captured my details and sent a SMS to my phone to confirm so I know that they have captured some of my details, probaby my credit card details as well.

I went to settings assuming that the settings may have changed in the last update of Firefox but there is still no tick in the box Save and autofill payment info. I want to delete my credit card details from Firefox but I can't find them. There is nothing at all under payment methods and under addresses there is no record of my credit card.

I wanted to send this to Firefox as a bug report but I can't see how to do that. Perhaps you could send a bug report for me.

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

Firefox doesn't have my new credit card account number. My old card was compromised and replaced with a new card and account number. But Firefox still maintains my old account number and it insists on auto-filling my cancelled card number when placing an order on line. How do I update my credit card information, or how do I delete the cancelled card number?

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. For months I've been trying to clear my saved form data as I put in the wrong email address, and when using saved form data sometimes don't notice it's wrong, so replies disappear into the ether.

Under Settings/Privacy & Security/Clear browsing data I have cleared Everything with all check boxes checked, and multiple times just tried the Saved form info checkbox. The wrong email refuses to die along with the related form data.

It is infuriating. Maybe you can correct it manually, or actually wipe it for me? The INCORRECT email is 'bongoots@yahoo.co.uk'. The CORRECT email is 'bongboots@yahoo.co.uk'.

Anybody else notice that when using the back arrow on some sites, it just won't stop back-arrowing? I mean, usually, when you have reached the very first site opened in the current tab, the back-arrow will grey-out and become non-functional. But some sites are allowed to embed an instruction which causes Firefox to just keep on back-arrowing indefinitely, without EVER greying-out the back-arrow; it just keeps on re-loading the same initial web page. The yelp.com website is a good example of this behavior. Firefox should prevent sites from embedding functional-override coding which causes the browser to behave abnormally like this. Another functional-override example are websites that, DESPITE having a global Firefox browser setting to NOT auto-fill fields, the site causes Firefox TO REMEMBER the data anyway, and then to re-display the data at the credentials step as a pull-down menu underneath the Username field and, more often, the 2FA field. Haven't seen any site yet override the no-auto-fill setting for the Password field, however...luckily.

Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? (Windows 10 Firefox 145.02)

Whenever I shop online, when I start to input my credit card number at checkout, the last 4 digits of every credit card I've ever used comes up in Autofill. All I have to do is select one, then select its exp date, and it fills in the slots automatically. I find this very convenient, and I trust that it's secure as long as the site itself is. BUT by now, several of the cards that come up have either expired or are no longer in use. HOW DO I DELETE THEM FROM FIREFOX' AUTOFILL LIST? Please help--I've been unable to find the answer to this Q, though I've thoroughly searched. I'm losing patience. I don't want a lot of unused/expired cards on your Autofill. Thank you! When I am using the Firefox browser and am on a site that asks for my email, there is a Firefox dropdown with a list of email addresses. There are many email addresses on this drop down list and I cannot find where I can edit that list.

Nothing is the Autofill settings comes up. Where is that list of autofill email addresses?
