I recently switched to Mozilla Firefox and noticed that one of my business websites won't open in the browser. I'm not sure whether the issue is with my website or Firefox itself. Has anyone experienced something similar?

This appears to be a Firefox issue because this only happens in Firefox. I have 2 Microsoft accounts. I am logged in to my Windows 11 computer with my primary Microsoft account. I can log in to my secondary Microsoft account on Edge (Windows), Chrome (Windows), Safari (on iPhone), but not when using Firefox. I can log in to my primary Microsoft account on Firefox.

Both primary and secondary Microsoft accounts require phishing resistant MFA - physical security key, or passkey via authenticator app on mobile phone - of which I have both set up for my secondary account to try to resolve this issue.

When I log in to office.com on Firefox using my secondary account I receive a message that says, "We couldn't sign you in. If you're using a passkey from another mobile device, make sure Bluetooth is turned on for both devices."

I've got bluetooth turned on for both devices, I've even connected both devices via bluetooth but this doesn't help. I've tried clicking the option to "Other ways to sign in" but it doesn't give me a choice of whether I want to use my security key, or my iPhone passkey.

Alternatively on my primary account, I get the option to use my security key, my iPhone device, or even the pin through Windows Hello, and they all work.

Again, this failure on my secondary account only happens in Firefox, no other browser has the same behavior. I know I can use Chrome or Edge instead of Firefox, but I prefer Firefox so I want to resolve this. Firefox is up to date 136.0.1

I am trying to sign-in to a site we use and when you hot sign-in the page goes blank white??

The site works on Microsoft Edge so I know its noit the site.

Please advise.

For the past three days (A/O 06/01/2026) I, (and others who have posted on various sites) cannot access a functioning log-in page for Google or Gmail via Firefox. If I (and others) use an alternate browser e.g., Edge, the log-in page functions and displays as it should. However, when using Firefox, the page displays as the image I've included - no functional 'log-in' icon and no Username or Password box. Using 'Private Viewing' makes no difference. As other browsers work, I will assume this is a Firefox issue. As there is no way to submit trouble tickets, I'll leave this here in hopes that someone from Firefox will pursue the issue.

Hi. New issue today. Running FF V 137.0.1. that was updated on 4-8-25. Unable to login to Credit Union online banking. Cleared browser. Nope. Restarted FF. Nope. Restarted computer. Nope. Called Credit Union: They saw no issues with account, suggested trying MS Edge browser. Boo. Hiss. Tried Samsung Android Smart Phone running FF V 136.0. Works fine. Rolled back to a previous restore point that had FF V 137.0 running. Scary stuff. Same login problem. Fired up MS Edge. Works fine logging in to CU account. I see this issue comes up occasionally. Is there a fix in the works? Will it go away AIBM? Thanks for being there. greg

Two financial websites I normally look at with firefox suddenly have no images anymore. I think it's the last Firefox update that caused it. Both websites look okay with Chrome.

When I send an article using the blue plus button and choose gmail my display name is my wife's rather than my own. This doesn't happen if I use Chrome. Since I prefer Firefox I would like to know how to fix this.

I can no longer log into twitch, it says my browser isn't supported.

Before you say anything: I have the latest version of Firefox, I have disabled all addons, cleared all cache and cookies, even tried a complete, clean re-install. I can log-in in other browsers, just not in Firefox. I have disabled enhanced tracking protection as well, didn't work.

Does anyone have an idea?

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.

I accidentally deleted the send files button on FB Messenger on Firefox. It is on other browsers but not on Firefox. How do I get the messenger send files button back for messenger on firefox. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does now come back.

when i try to access my Fidelity investments and Centennial banking accounts with correct username and password the screen goes into an endless loop or says "try again later. After calling helpdesks on both these accounts they say it's a Browser problem.

I can't login to reddit on desktop but I can on mobile.I disabled all the extensions I have, cleared the site data and cache, reloaded the page after each of the aforementioned and am still unable to login. I can login with no issues on mobile and chrome. Every tip I saw said to disable malware bytes guard, but, I do not have that extension. Any idea what could be causing the issues?

Firefox is not allowing me to login to Reddit.com. Nor can I create a new account with Reddit.com with Firefox.

I can login fine with Microsoft Edge. I don't want to use Microsoft Edge.

I can login fine with Chrome. I don't want to use Chrome.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem on my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show, nor can I access previous episodes of any show. I tried removing all my add-ons, including all my ad blockers and making Prime Video an exception to the enhanced Firefox browser feature. Nothing worked. Can someone at Firefox fix this problem or tell me why it happened? I CAN use prime video without difficulty on Safari and Chrome.
