We have two computers in our house -- one connection. From my computer I sent something to my daughter, the second computer in our house. For some reason, my whole Facebook account transferred to her computer ad she is unable to use her own Facebook account. We have no idea how this happened. Can anyone help? Thank you . .

Hi I foolishly enabled synch yesterday and today find my (extensive) bookmarking folder system has been turned upside down. It appears to have been reorganised most recent last - very inconvenient. Two questions: can I reverse this?; and is there an easy system for removing many bookmarks chosen randomly at once, rather than one by one? Thanks Tony

Well being an OAP I needed new laptop. Always used Firefox browser but finding it difficult to get restarted. Had to opt out of window s to even download. Apparently I can transmit(?) my existing passwords etc from one laptop to another is this correct? Only basic computer knowledge but trying hard !! Karen x

I have lost all bookmarks on a new laptop. Recently added C Cleaner and did a scan. That may have caused the problem. But, now I cannot recover the bookmarks, nor can I save new bookmarks. The version of Firefox on my android phone has the bookmarks. I can see them. But, I do not see a way to sync the devices and import the data to my laptop.

Please advise.

I see a list of the my seven devices that use FireFox in the Connected Services list. I want to restore the data from my old phone onto my NEW phone. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to sync only the data from the old phone. When it syncs, it get the data from one of my 4 PCs. Can I select a data set to restore to my new phone?

I went through my laptop and turned off enhanced tracking protection for a variety of financial, work, etc. websites.

I was disappointed that this did not sync with my other computers.

Here's hoping Firefox developers will incorporate ETP exceptions into account sync.
