Hello I am presently running OS10.9.5 on a MacMini from 2013 because there are some expensive programs on there that I will lose when I update the OS. I now know I need to do that regardless. My question is: What OS version should I upgrade to for a secure version of Firefox and, MOST IMPORTANTLY... will my Comcast email account and bookmarks be carried into the upgraded Firefox browser? I seem to have found a fake Firefox phishing website. The content of the website is in Chinese and it is included in Google search.

The fake websites are cn-firefox.com and www.firefsioix.com, I hope the community members can confirm the website information.

For some time now I have not been able to access any website secured with Captcha verification. My browser doesn't recognize that I'm a human and keeps going back to square one. Importantly: this problem does not occur in other browsers. However, I would prefer to stay with Mozilla, so it will be nice if something can be done with it. I didn't change any settings, I didn't change hardware, I didn't reinstall Mozilla, so that's not the problem. I've looked through my security settings and don't see anything that would help in this case. Especially since these are websites that I had previously accessed and logged in without any problems.

I posted the following on facebook yesterday, I feel as if something changed in my Firefox settings as this only started about 2 months ago. 2 factor Authentication is shut off in facebook. "Can anyone tell me how to shut this off? Everytime I log onto FB from my computer I get this screen. 2-factor authorization wants to send a code to my cell phone. There's got to be a way to turn it off. I am using Windows 11 pro with Firefox as a browser."

Any thoughts?

I am using Firefox Desktop in Windows 10. I activated master key password for the browser. Suddenly, I noticed that the pop up appear in the browser after open. If I close the pop-up or cancel it then it doesn't force me to type password. I easily can use the browser without using password. This is horrible!

Hi.

There is an online bank. After the each update of the Firefox Mozilla on Windows PC (once per month) the bank asks to verify the login via Email or SMS OTR (which is normal).

During one year long when the first OTR code comes via Email, it's been always unrecognized by the bank (says: Wrong code). But the 2nd code or sms code mostly works fine.

Any idea?

Hi! I'm having trouble with Firefox while shopping on Scottish Kilt Co., a store for custom kilts and Scottish accessories. The website is slow to load, and some images aren’t displaying properly. Is there something in my browser settings I need to adjust for a smoother shopping experience?

I’ve already cleared my cache and updated Firefox, but the problem persists. Any tips on improving performance or troubleshooting would be appreciated!

Mein Standard-Browser ist seit ewigen Zeiten Firefox Durch den baldigen Wegfall von Skype wollte ich Jitsi nutzen. Das funktioniert bis auf die Funktion Bildschirm teilen. Hier versagt der Firefox, während alle anderen Bowser es anstandslos machen. Wo ist hier das Problem? Wie lässt es sich lösen? Ist es nur eine Frage der Einstellung von Datenschutz und Sicherheit?
