Why didn't you tell me when you asked me to reset my password that it would wipe out all of my sync data????😰😠😭

If I would have known I would have just waited to try my password again later.

There must be a way. This just happened the whole reason why I signed in was to sync my data to my new phone. PLEASE recover my data!!!!!!!

And pls change ur UI to say in when asking if you want to change ur email password that it may wipe all ur data and nothing will be available!!!

There must be a way. This just happened and I can prob recall my old password. Can it be rolled back to yesterday's settings?? Or the setting even from this morning?

My laptop operating system Linux ubuntu crashed. I had to reboot using new linux OS Linux Mint. Laptop now working but have lost all my search. I sometimes use DuckDuck to serach. Help in recovering my bookmarks.

My computer crashed and then I restarted it to install an update and when I got back on I tried to open Firefox but received the message that said something like "Your Firefox profile can not be loaded. It has been inaccessible or not found". I have no idea what to do, I was able to create a new profile (I had to make a new profile folder because I didn't have a folder in the Firefox folder, just a file that said 'Profiles') just to open Firefox but I don't know how to restore my previous profile. I'm not tech savvy at all and I need help please I don't know what to do I just want my bookmarks and passwords back.

Hi, Firefox said to me that it needed a repair so I did it, but I wasn't aware that it would remove all of my extensions, I really need them they had really important data, crypto wallets etc. I did go into the profile section but it didn't seems to have any extensions. Is there any ways to fix that? Thanks a lot

Hi. I had an accident after which my Asus couldn't be restarted (booted). Then I moved the SSD in a case...and use it as a USB flash. Can (how? ) I recover my bookmarks, passwords, history? I am not sure if I was logged in when I was working lately. Thank you. ( Mitch)

Après exécution de la procédure de récupération des marque-pages, celle-ci ne fonctionne pas et indique : "impossible de traiter le fichier de sauvegarde". Je précise que je n'ai qu'un seul profil "par défaut".

I have account sync turned on an today after killing all firefox windows and restarting it, all my bookmarks are gone on desktop Firefox (Ubuntu snap). If I check Firefox mobile, it still has the Desktop bookmarks there. So it seems like they're not actually gone, Firefox Desktop just won't load them. Sync settings look good, bookmarks enabled.

Installed 134.0.2. Bookmarks disappeared. Went to restore backups, receive message "unable to process the backup file". All of my bookmark backup files receive this message when I try to restore.
