Windows 11 Firefox crashed on opening continuously so unable to safe open etc. Did update intel graphics to no avail. Uninstalled in add programs in settings. Did not choose to delete data. Reinstalled and now can't find my profile.

When I want to login with my Firefox account it asks me for a code as 2 factor but I can't remember that I ever signed up for 2 -factor . I have 2 apps fro 2 factor: google and Microsoft but neither has Mozilla identification in it. I would like to sign up for 2 factor but it looks like someone already did that for me. What now?

when I try to log into my gmail account, it is asking me to verify by log in first to an inactive account that was linked to my gmail account. with Chrome I have no problem log in to my gmail account

As a user of Firefox has been a good experience up till three weeks ago YouTube will not load. I cant play any of there videos this is been on going for three weeks. Ive asked you to fix it but so far you aren't doing anything about it. My operating system is windows 10 64 bits. Can you please look into this and get it fixed. I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

Greetings, I have a problem with Firefox taking too long to load websites after login, while Edge loads websites immediately. It happens every time I lift the laptop lid and login. I have restarted Windows 11 and tested the load times of Firefox and Edge a while ago by going to Google. Edge loaded Google after 5 seconds, while Firefox 3 minutes and 25 seconds. That's long. Sometimes Firefox loads a webpage 10 minutes after login.

What could be the issue here and how do I fix it? I have the following extensions and I'm sure that they do not hinder Firefox.

I have a chromebook with linux enabled and installed firefox according to mozilla's instruction - via the sudo get-apt command. The cursor changes from the default to a very small adwaita. I've spent hours googling this issue and everyone I've come across had used some third party repo or was trying to shove in their own custom cursor theme. Literally all I want is my regular cursor back, and I have no clue why mozilla would have a specifically set cursor for their browser instead of just having it default to os. I don't really know what I'm doing here, but I cannot begin to state how tired I am of messing with this dead-end issue.

I opened my computer several days ago. Firefox updated itself sometime recently while my laptop was closed. Once I opened it, it made me create a profile to continue. Now ALL of my history is deleted. All of my windows and tabs are gone. There is no history beyond the profile it made me create to continue using it. Is there any way to get back the previous history? This is about enough to make me give up on firefox completely.
