I am experiencing an issue with the Keeper browser extension on Mozilla Firefox. Despite configuring all related settings appropriately, the extension consistently locks out every time I close the browser.

To troubleshoot, I have:

Verified that the extension is enabled and fully allowed in Firefox’s Extension settings.

Ensured that Keeper is whitelisted in every possible relevant setting within the browser.

Checked that the "stay logged in" or persistent session options are correctly set within Keeper’s own configuration.

Confirmed that no conflicting privacy settings or third-party add-ons are interfering with the extension's functionality.

Despite these measures, the extension does not retain its logged-in state upon browser closure. This behavior suggests a persistent session issue not aligned with the user-side configuration.

I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this.

as in the title, my bookmark bar content becomes invisible the space of the bar is still there but its empty after i resume from hibernation , i havent witnessed the particular moment it happens, im simply confronted with that problem ever since i updated to this build

have to restart the browser for the bar to be populated again with my saved bookmarks.

The "other bookmarks" button and the arrow left of it are unaffected by this

Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. My FF browser freezes, suddenly closes all tabs, expands fonts, etc etc All else in my system is normal. Should I just use the default MS Edge and be done with it?

please try and update for me i have tried several times and it keeps failing to update i have closed computer and cleared every thing and have tried several times and nothing seems to work it has asked me to update several times over the last couple of days but nothing is updating and i cannot play any music on Utube or even old music that i have downloaded long ago

i do not have anyone to help me on this i did try help line but i must be doing something wrong because nothing has changed

it is not set as home page but msn page is automatically opening immediately after login in our network but I could not stop it. Please advise how to stop automatically opening msn page in new tap after logging in.

I keep getting a small box that appears in the upper right corner of my yahoo email home screen that says it is from Firefox and asks if I want to upgrade to the latest version of firefox. If so click here and the upgrade will be installed and your open website connections will still be open once it has been accomplished.

I'm nervous about just believing anything that is presented or pitched to me on the internet.

Upon accessing the firefox website just now under upgrades it says that upgrades to firefox will be made automatically as appropriate, but if I want to manually install an upgrade there is a way to do it.

I'm thinking that if upgrades are done automatically, why would I get this box asking me if I want to install the latest upgrade?

Apparently Firefox did an update (version 136.0.4) in the background while I was using Firefox on March 27. At some point I wanted to save a page to my bookmarks and realized all my bookmarks were missing. I had just used bookmarks earlier, so it had to have been an update. This happened to me before back in January 2025. I was without my bookmarks for several weeks when all of a sudden they showed up again.

I cannot use the instructions to go back to a previous profile, as the two options showing do not have my bookmarks, bookmark toolbar or customized Firefox homepage. I also cannot import my saved bookmarks to get them back. I get an error message when I attempt to do that option.

This is very frustrating, as I use my bookmarks, toolbar and customized homepage EVERY day. I have all my important links saved to bookmarks. Firefox developers need to find out why an update removes bookmarks, as this seems to be an ongoing issue with me. I've used Firefox for over 17+ years and never had bookmarks removed after an update before, so something in an update is causing this issue.

I have no idea at this point IF everything will return to normal in a few weeks like it did back in January. So right now I am without all my bookmarks. Please get this ongoing issue resolved, it's a royal pain. I need those bookmarks to maintain my daily routine for accessing financials, medical websites, etc.

Thanks for any help you can give me at this point. This is the second time it has happened.

Two websites I went to using Firefox today displayed the date as 6\18\2025. Today is 6\19\2025. One of them displayed the July 2025 calendar and would not allow me to click back to June. I have two Firefox Extensions on, UBlock Original and Chameleon. Any idea what may be causing this. I'm using a MAC.

I'm a bit out of ideas how I can get Firefox to display the correct characters. For reference: https://learnjapanese.moe/font/ I just recognized it since Anki is using System WebView and thus defaults to Firefox. There, it worked until a few weeks ago to just set to have the characters rendered in japanese fonts. Windows: I only have german and japanese locale installed, i even changed in intl.cpl the language to japanese. I have installed the japanese language pack / fonts and it's showing correctly in any windows editor. Firefox: Second language set to japanese, disabled all addons, tried it on private mode to no success. Any ideas how I get the characters to display?

The latest Firefox does not load programs that used to work with it. That is, this used to work:

and now locks up the page. It also fails on a daily trivia question. If I run under other browsers (e.g., Opera,) they work fine. This makes me think it's some setting in Firefox. I'm not sure, but I think this started after a Firefox update.

I'm running Win 10 (Home) with 32GB of memory on an i9-12900K running at 3.19GHz
