I login to my secure bank account and when I click on one of my accounts to open it it just sits there and constantly has that spinning wheel. It will never open. I can use my IPHONE and other computers or web browsers and it works fine. I think this started when Firefox popped up and item that I assumed said allow pop ups. I just clicked on it and ever since then it won't work. This is only MAC Air notebook.

My send command has disappeared. After i have written an email, there use to be a SEND command top left corner..now suddenly this has disappeared.. How can I get it back ????

As of today and today only Firefox refuses to show my homepage like it's supposed to, and instead it only shows some strange webpage I have never seen before saying "Account not found".

I opened my website on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my iPhone with zero issue. However, I have check Firefox for desktop on two different computers, and been shown the same page.

I have already cleared my cache, history and cookies. I also uninstalled Firefox and did a fresh install, only to have the same problem.

I'm just really confused what happened as this has never happened before. I got scared someone hijacked my website, but that wouldn't make sense since it's working on everything but Firefox on my desktop. I've just never seen this "Account not found" page before and this page has nothing to do with my website, domain, or hosting. My website and domain are all on Squarespace.

Ive been using Firefox as my default browser for quite some time. However, I cant access "Pay Bills" on my bank website. I receive this message "Why can't I access Bill Pay? You might have cookies blocked or cross-site tracking prevented. Depending on what browser you're using, check your settings for these terms: Block third party cookies Cookie tracking Cross-site tracking. Make sure cookies are not blocked and cross-site tracking is enabled. Follow any additional instructions in your browser once you have adjusted these settings." Not sure I know how to do this.... When I click on Add-On Support it says Page Not Found. That's pretty basic. Screenshot attached. This is not a button/link for a specific add-on, it's for Firefox as a whole.

Additionally, when I use LastPass, the LastPass icon does not appear anywhere I can access it, which is a basic feature that works properly in Chrome. I use this add-on multiple times per day which makes it very difficult to use Firefox as my main browser because I can't do 2-clicks to get to my passwords, I have to go to lastpass.com and login to their website, even though the add-on is installed.

I'm using Floorp and its working perfectly aside from this one or two pixel thick line of white that completely borders the left side of my screen every time I open the Browser. Is there any way I can fix this?s

Hello Mozilla! For a few days, Firefox has been offering me a bad identifier when I fill out a form. It offers me my email address and now the address of a friend. However, neither of them appears in my automatic filling data of my preferences… and therefore impossible to remove it! Can you help me please? I can't find the right answer on the forums… Thank you very much to the whole team for this great work that you do.

I moved the downloads folder via File Explorer to OneDrive. So now it's like this:

c:\users\[username]\OneDrive\Downloads

But Firefox keeps wanting to save files to the original location:

c:\users\[username]\Downloads

All other apps seem to respect this setting other than Firefox. Any ideas?

A bit of background, I have been working on systems since the Commodore Vic 20, so I'm not 'new' or would typically be helpless as many are if they have system problems.

Over the last week I decided to format my Mac and re-install the operating system. I have a lot of graphics design that I will be doing for an unknown period of time. I have over the years collected many free fonts and I started installing them about 5 days ago. I don't believe my installing fonts wouldf have affected anything within Firefox, but Firefox is the only browser that I'm having this problem with. I checked Safari and google displays everything as it should as well; my graphics deisgn software forums are displaying fine. I have not used google for anything during the period that I was installing the fonts, so I don't know exactly when this started but yesterday I discovered it.

I tried going to the menu on the top right hand corner -> Help -> More Troubleshooting Info -> Refresh Firefox. I then went into MacCleaner Pro -> Clear Cache and Clear Purgable Data. Then restarted the machine. No change.

I then saved my passwords and bookmarks, then uninstalled Firefox using MacCleaner Pro and then went to Remove Remaining files.

Downloaded a new copy of Firefox and the problem still exists.

I tried changing the theme to others. Went to Settings -> General -> Language and Appearance. Set theme to dark, then back to automatic. Changed the main font from (Default) Times to Times New Roman and back to (Default Times) ... but still this problem exists...

I have been a Foxfire user for many years, but lately a number of issues are making me go to Chrome more and more often. Images are missing on many pages after page 1. Pages with images are very slow to load, even though the images are not being displayed. Some commercial websites won't allow me to access them at all (Eddie Bauer is an example,) often displaying an "Access denied" message.

Also, I am forced to log in almost every time I access sites (Yahoo mail and Amazon are examples that I access daily.) With 2-factor ID, this is a big issue because my phone is usually at the other end of the house.

These things don't happen with Chrome. Is there a way to fix them in Firefox?

When I visit jsonviewer.stack.hu and paste data into the viewer I get the following error:

TypeError: netscape.security.PrivilegeManager is undefined

Please type: "about:config" in your address bar. Then filter by "signed". Change the value of "signed.applets.codebase_principal_support" to true. You should then be able to use this feature.

As config is sensitive area of the settings can you guide through this problem with a fix? Thanks bcoleman@sympatico.ca
